First off, I hate writing reviews but this is needed. The staff here is extremely RUDE. I ordered through the drive thru- a medium iced cold brew 1 CREAM. They gave me an iced coffee light and sweet. When I went in to nicely to ask for it to be remade, the girl started flipping out. She said "I never did that!!!! She's wrong!!". So I didn't say anything because I was extremely baffled that customer service there would even say such thing.. and then when the girl handed me back my drink, she said "next time you order less cream".. ??? So it's my fault?? I literally ordered ONE CREAM in a cold brew. The staff here is horrible!!!!

Super rude i asked for 2 drinks and the girl said so three drinks. I thought it was a misunderstanding so then i went on with my order 2 sandwiches. She said so you want 3 sandwiches. "I want 2 sandwiches" Then i asked for a frozen hot chocolate and they gave me a coffee instead. She was yelling over the sound of the coffee grinder. The lids weren't on and the coffee spilled the all over me. Simple order not so sweet people!!

The gentleman at the window is rude. He doesn’t say good morning or thank you. I go there after my workouts for the coffee. Today he questioned a bill with a cutoff corner I paid with. He just looked at me with the bill and gave me a mean look. I asked him confused what he needed. Just kept shaking the bill until I figured out what he meant. Sadly, that’s what I had. I told him he could take it or leave it. He yelled , “ Give me!”. Over a dollar bill! They need to put this grouchy man in the back of the kitchen! Will follow-up with a call to his manager. Will never stop by there again.

A Large hot latte made with skim milk and sugar free vanilla tasted like milk froth!! I couldn't drink it and was not about to go through drive in again.

Seems like everyone I know has the same opinions as I do...the grown Indian man in drive thru.RUDE AND ARROGANT.He always rushes you for payment and NEVER gives you napkins or acknowledges that there's something missing from your order. He seems to always be in drive thru - maybe put him in a different position and there will be more customers.

Very clean inside and friendly staff...doesn't forget straw or condiments in bag and mixes drinks properly ( doesn't over put milk or cream in coffee)...I've been inside and drive thru.
