We’ve eaten bbq in Texas, NC, SC and TN. This is not any of them but I will say it is a local option if you’re in the mood. It’s adequate but not authentic. Do they try hard? Yes. We tried a special platter and substituted brisket instead of chicken. Flavor and smoke and bark is so important in bbq and while they come close they miss on all counts. Great bbq takes time.

My husband just stopped and got a PIG OUT Ribs , brisket , pulled pork+chicken, So much food will be having it for 2 more meals. Excellent smoke, ribs melt in your mouth, Hushpuppies like crunchy little bites of Southern Sunshine...the coleslaw fresh and the Cornbread should be listed inder deserts it's so sweet and moist. I would give them 7 stars if possible.
We had a wonderful dinner (again) at Maggiano's on Sat. April 17th. Our food was absolutely delicious and was served very quickly in spite of a big crowd. Our server, Phillip, is excellent and we asked for him specially as we have had him before. The variety of the menu is always terrific and we especially liked the specials benefitting the Make-a-Wish Foundation - we ordered from the specials in order to donate to this charity. Terrific that you sponsored a charity - we really liked that!

I really liked Maggiano's. I have been trying to go there for some time now and it was worth it!! We took the family and my kids loved it too. I now have a 2 year old and a 4 year old who love the shrimp scampi there... I will go back for sure!! I also had a great Pinot Noir which was so yummy and wonderful dessert.

Although Maggianos was crowded with several big family events going on in the dining room, we still felt a wonderful sense of being cared for. Our waiter Mitch was excellent and made our dining experience most enjoyable. The food was truly excellent and we enjoyed it. We will return!!!

This time both myself and my grandchildren did not enjoy our dining experience at this Maggiano's. Our pervious visit there have always been enjoyable. The service was not up to par. The specials were never stated to us. We had to ask more bread and water for our table.
The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated and had a great family appeal. The service was reasonably lackluster, it was especially disappointing since we were ordering family style. There was very little attention paid by the service staff in regards to refills. Additionally there were a few entrees that were only tried once and not liked, however when this was remarked to the server, they just ignored it. I don't think we'll be going back any time soon.
I haven't visited this restaurant recently; the food on my last two visits was disappointing. But our appetizer and entrees were very good this time; the fried zucchini was very crispy, not oily, not salty, our chicken piccata was prepared with no discernable salt taste (and no post-visit salt effects!). The mini-dessert choices were also very good and sized appropriately, after generous appetizer and entree portions. The ambiance has always been very nice and the noise level at lunch was very quiet. The service was exactly right...the server never "hovered" over us, but was clearly attentive, since we never waited for drink refills etc. Overall, I was very pleased and will add this restaurant back on my "good choice" list.

We arrived at our table at 12:10 and our order wasn't taken until 12:20 by someone other than our waiter because he was busy with a big crowd. He did introduce himself though. We waited until 12:45 for our two salads, chopped salad with chicken and salad with steak of which we needed to have the walnut omitted. Tables against the wall were seated after us and got their food before us.
The dining experience was the first for myself and my wife and we both had a good time. We both will be returning to this restaurant in the future. The food was very good (chicken lasagna and salmon ) along with ambience.
We had an amazing time at Maggianos. The food was amazing. Drinks were great and so was the dessert. I highly recommend it. We didn't have to wait to be seated. Our waiter Frank was attentive and friendly. It wasn't too noisy my husband and I were able to have a nice conversation. I would definitely go back again!

Great italian food and plenty of it. We were a party of four and took advantage of the 'family style' meal. Come hungry, eat hearty and still go home with a bag full of leftovers.
My family recently celebrated my aunt's 80th birthday at Maggiano's Boca Raton location. It was my first time dining at one of your restaurants. I was excited to receive your special offer of Two for $50 so that my husband could experience your wonderful food and restaurant. You did not disappoint. He was so full after the vegetable lasagna, he had to take the rest of his meal home. We hope to bring our children on our next visit. Keep those special offers and incentives coming. We don't dine out as frequently as we did in the past due to current economic conditions at home. Thank you for a wonderful evening out. It was a first in many many months!
Good overall experience. Food was predictibly good ... not great but very good by chain restaurant standards. The atmosphere was a bit chaotic in such a large dining area, but fun if that's what you're there for. The service was a bit too attentive ... making me think that our waiter wanted to join us. Maggiano's is a good, fun special occassion destination for groups and kids. Not a great place for conversation or business.
I reserved a table for 3 online through the site and when I got to the restaurant, it seemed like everyone got their table before us and we HAD a reservation. When it was time for my party to be seated, the table and chairs were up too high and we sat there for an hour and a half feeling uncomfortable. After we ordered our food, we did not get until AFTER our appetizer got to our table (the chef brought the appetizer out himself). We asked our waitress numerous times if we were getting bread and she kept saying " its in the oven and I'll get it out to you soon". We saw that other people who were seated after us got bread before us! If it wasn't food the good food, I would not go there again.
