The worst dunkin, the manager is a racist, she treated me differently and it wasn't the first time. I got my order wrong and she told me to go to another store

Owner had such an attitude. I’ve gotten milkshakes from there before (last week as a matter of fact) and they never charged me for whipped cream. But because I picked a flavor ice cream, they didn’t have it, I said I have to look, she got annoyed and then after the guy put the whipped cream on, she told him that she’s charging me $1 per milkshake. I’m not cheap but like I’ve said I’ve NEVER had to pay an extra $1 per milkshake when I already spent $14 on 2 small milkshakes.

This place used to be great, now it's a disaster. They mix up the orders very often, not to mention the bad temper of the employees, the lack of training and the disgusting appearance of the tables, the floor and the entire parking lot is a disaster.
