The signature flavor of Spanish cuisine is its mixture of sweet and savory. The bacon wrapped dates tapas and roasted pork with peach are very much the representation of such unique mixture. The taste is definitely natural to many, but one can experience the exquisite taste by slowly grind through the meat.
