I did not have a direct experience with this store.. but after speaking to my child about Melissa's Pizza practices, I feel like I have to write a review for awareness... this Pizza restaurant is located near the high school. The nearest walking distance eating establishment near the high school. So as you know most kids flock to this restaurant for convenience. They also have a lunch deal 2pizza and a can of soda for 5$.. or so my child thought. As advertised there is a deal for 5$, but when a kids buys it.. they are charged 6.93$, to a unsuspecting junior high schooler who is in a rush to question anything this amount seems ok. But the amount of children that comes in there that are unsuspecting, Melissa's pizza is making a killing on false advertisement. Another shady thing that this pizza place denies the students, is the receipts. So if confronted later it is the students word Vs. their word. So please tell you children to be mindful of their charges... always ask for a receipt.

The pizza here is good but garlic knots are rock hard. Either way, do not go here. I just read in the news today how the married owner got arrested for touching at least 3 underage girls in order to have sex with them among other things smh. It's disgusting. I even met the guy, too. I didn't even think he was the owner because he was completely unaware of a large sign right in front of the door for free garlic knots. I went here once last month and will not be returning because I refuse to support a sexual predator.

Do not get the Gluten Free pizza. Or, I should say, if you do, tell them to cook it an extra 10-15 minutes. The one I just had delivered was not cooked in the middle, and barely cooked on the crust. Reheated in my toaster oven, the taste was good, but nothing to run back for. The toppings were plentiful (well worth the $2 per half) The shrimp bisque was very good, although, as a nitpick, I would have preferred a wider "soup spoon" rather than a teaspoon. I will not be ordering again.

This place is not only a pizzeria is the home for a variety of delicious food and the amazing pepperoni dream pizza. If you're looking for food that taste like the one you cooke at home then I recommend you to order from Melisa's Pizza. I had the best meal i started with the fried calamari(super) then had the melissa salad with house dressing wow yummy, then my dinner veal pizzaiola out of this world and for desert chef special which was pineapple and cheese danish . Place was very clean service was great and the food outrageous! Definitely should try this place I totally recommend it! You won't be disappointed!

Very very bad experience. Ordered delivery from here and when they brought the food they forgot the soda we ordered, not a big deal we called and they said they would bring it. We started eating because we were starving and didnt want to wait for the soda. The food tasted great and I was really enjoying it until I bit into a small metal NAIL. Once the delivery person came with the soda we explained what happened. She called who I assume is the owner on speaker phone and when he heard what had happened instead of saying sorry or try and make the customer feel better. He was angry and sounded as if he thinks we put this in the food. They said they would give me my money back, but I did not appreciate the fact that they didn't own up to their mistake and apologize. I could have been seriously hurt with that. Not eating here again and don't recommend you do either. Update: Two days later we still haven't received a refund. I had to call them and their manager said that they were not going to give me a refund. I had to physically go to the restaurant and argue with them until they finally gave me my refund they promised. The funniest part was the lady that told me they were refunding my money tried saying she never said that. Bottom line terrible customer service and terrible people. 100% would not recommend
I ordered this evening for my husband,my brother, and I. We havent ordered garlic knots in a long time and figured we would get some. They were incredible! Light and actually not greasy at all! We also ordered 2 pies. I got half meatball and half green pepper. Needless to say we inhaled the food. Hurray for some damn good pizza

I've been ordering since they've opened up and they never seem to disappoint! Everything is delicious whether you're getting pasta or a specialty pie or a sandwich! My personal favs are definitely the fried calamari, Thai chili wings and the chicken bacon ranch pie..Plus they are genuinely nice people that care about customer service and guaranteed good food! Def one of my fav places to order from!
