I've been going to Red Bowl since it opened over ten years ago. It is still owned and operated by the same family. The food consistency has never faltered.Wheelchair accessibility: There are 4 handicapped reserved parking spots in the parking lot and a wheelchair ramp near the DMV main entrance.
I’m kind of confused as to why this place is rated so poorly. It’s pretty clean as opposed to many other Chinese takeout restaurants you’ll come across all over the tri-state. It’s definitely not the best Asian cuisine in the area, but it satisfies my takeout cravings anytime I leave the gym next door and want a quick post meal. The Mongolian Beef is pretty good and the fried rice and noodles are typically pretty decent. The bubble/boba teas aren’t worth it though. I do like that they offer cash delivery since most places only offer third party deliveries with all the extra fees. It always gets delivered piping hot and in a timely fashion too.
Food is never cooked correctly. Always spitting the chicken out because its not fully cooked. Customer service isn't the best either.

Ordered delivery via Doordash - food arrived piping hot and in a reasonable amount of time.The flavor of the shrimp with eggplant was good, though I prefer my Chinese eggplant softer - could have been cooked a little longer for my taste. There was a decent amount of shrimp at least. It came with a container of white rice. The hot and sour soup was actually spicy, I liked it. The General Tso's with pork fried rice was just ok, nothing special about it and not as good as others we have had, which came with an egg roll.

customer service is non existent. The older lady always seems to have an attitude any time a person of color orders. I complained about my to go order being incorrect and was meet with unwarranted hostility. I personally feel as they don't like people of color.

THIS MUST BE THE WORST PLACE EVER!I ordered chicken teriaky and fried rice. THE WORST dinner ever and costed me $20.00. I drove over and wanted to get something else. The attitude she gave me!!!. Unbelievable. She gave me 1/2 and order pepper steak and onions. - couldn't be WORST. And why 1/2 a dinner???. I returned full dinner .NO SERVICE, HORIBLE COOKING. First time there and Never Ever again.They should get the receipt for chicken teriyaki from Willowbrook mall. Best ever.

In a strip mall together with an MVC and a liquor store which sells lotto tickets. They also sell homemade iced tea and bobba teas in different flavors.Lunch specials with egg roll, wonton or egg drop soup for under $8.Pad Thai comes with choice of meat, chicken, shrimp and tofu/ vegetables. It was tasty but not authentic Thai flavor.Boneless Spare Ribs with choice of pork fried rice, brown rice or white rice. Pork was on the sweet side, fried rice was ok.Place was clean.
