“Excellent place that has been around for a while. They know good food, and have a great atmosphere. Personally, I think they have the best pizza in town. They have consistently good service that never disappoints, and everything on their menu is delicious and well worth the trip here.Parking: The parking could be better, but they do have a valet on site that takes care of all of that.“

“Along with Italian Riviera in Waldwick, this is the preeminent Italian delicatessen in all of Bergen County and its immediate surrounding area. The food is great. A lot of homemade stuff, sandwiches are stuffed, ingredients are top notch. Mom is an excellent cook, her eggplant parm, broccoli rabe are off the charts. Her two boys mainly look after the customers, they're quick, friendly and always smiling. Small storefront, very clean but humongous on the taste buds.“

“Very friendly and attentive staff! This was a great experience. Bread came out with a plate of delicious mozzarella and tomato in olive oil (complimentary). I had shrimp parm that was very tasty. Loved the sauce. I ordered it with the roasted potatoes, and although I thought they were a bit lacking in flavor (need some spice or something), I was so happy that I had a choice of pasta, salad, or potato. My husband had the chicken sorrentino and really liked that too. He ordered it with a salad and that also was good. We ordered two desserts. Cannoli was good, but I've had better. My husband really enjoyed the banana pudding. Then they gave us zeppoles on the house, which we had to take home as we were already stuffed with good food. Highly recommend this place!“

“Today I brought the Boys to Due Fratelli in Hawthorne. Little did I know we had been here years ago when it was Primo Amore !!! A very special thanks to Briana who went above and beyond for our crew of eleven. Not only was the service impeccable, but she gave us a Veteran discount and brought us an additional order of some mighty good Cannoli!! For the most reasonably priced Italian restaurant we've been to , I highly recommend Due Fratelli. We only had one appetizer which was the Fried Calamari which was excellent. For our entree we had : Italian Wrap , Eggplant Parmigiana, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Veal Piccata, Chicken Parmigiana, Veal Salvational, Chicken Mediterranean, Chicken Scarpariello . Cappuccino followed with Cannoli, Cheesecake, and a Pistachio Cake that was off the charts !“

“This review is so overdue! This restaurant has become my go-to place for the best food in the area. I have tried so many restaurants but none keeps on calling my taste buds like La Cambusa! I come with my hubby and daughter and most recently with some of my betsies..I love their menu is small but super delicious. Their appetizers are amazing ? the little bruschetta at the beginning is so yummy and you kind of build it yourself. The flavors are super clean and sauces are light and full of flavors. Sometimes food is drenched in so much sauce that it loses its unique flavor but not here. Every dish is a perfect harmonious bite. It is BYOB which is a plus. Keep up with the nice clean flavors! “Order their drunken grandma with garlic knots tonight for dinner. When my husband brought it home it smelled amazing! The vodka sauce had a nice flavor to it. Not too acidic. Crust was nice and thin. The garlic knots where so light and fluffy as well as loaded with garlic and Parmesan cheese. I would definitely order it again!“

“This place is new. If you live in the area you should make your way to Arca for dinner. It was super busy however, they were able to handle the crowd. They were so accommodating for allergies, even adding new dishes at the last minute as well as vegetarian options. We were not rushed and were treated as family. Fusilli arrabiata, chicken parm, and two seafood dishes- Risco con Pesce (shrimp and scallops is pesto cream sauce and rice) and Mare Misto (shrimp scallops and lobster tail in garlic sauce)- all were delicious! Family style salad and cheese and bread were served, too. Finished off the meal with lemoncello, tiramisu, and the tartufo. Also delicious. Definitely recommend- but make reservations!“

We sat upstairs which was perfect because it was quiet and we were able to talk while enjoying our meals. The pizza was excellent! Very thin crust and crunchy. I loved it! Service was fast! Our waiter was Lav and he was amazing! He was able to accommodate us all and give us separate checks. Very cozy atmosphere. Will be back!“

“WOW! For my wife to rave at the authenticity and taste of the Cacio e pepe is a very high compliment. The Steak Pizzaiola was also very nice cut, properly prepared medium rare. Honestly, I like the way Espo's in Raritan, NJ prepares it with mozzarella cheese, the steak itself not as tender as Arturo's. The Staff was attentive and professional and service was perfectly timed. We will most certainly make this our new dining home.“
