I hate to say that I am very late to the Jersey Mike's party but I assumed this was just another run of the mill subway sandwich shop but it isn't! These sandwiches are always fresh and always have plenty of sauce or dressing ( Never Dry). The manager at this location is awesome and you can see it spill over onto the workers. So for the doubters out there this is way better than any other sandwich chain you'll see

do not place any orders for delivery from this store. i placed and order for delivery and it never came. i received a bogus text from some number stating my order was delivered and handed to me, it never was, then i received a recorded message on my phone staing my order was delivered, it never was. the phone number was a california number. the store is in wanaque nj! i called the manager to let him know what happened and my order was never received. he told me i had to contact uber eats to get a refund and that the info for them was in a link with my order....no such link! he pretty much told me it was my problem, that once the order is picked up its not their problem. from what i understand this has happened numerouos times from that store. you would think that they would verify who is picking up the order actually works for door dash, uber eats etc. instead, any random person can come in pickup an order that someone else has paid for, take and the customer is out of luck! i order from this location at least 2 to 3 times a week...terrible way to treat a loyal customer! as for the manager, he was so unprofessional and could care less...nice reflection on the type of people jersey hires to reflect their image. i will never order from them again! you just lost $200 a week in orders!

Ordered online an hour and half in advance, came in and it wasn't done, which isn't too much of a big deal, but after they had the meats and cheese cut, they wouldn't finish it for like 20 minutes, and kept skipping my sandwich, not good service, especially when it's wasn't even that busy

I ordered a #8 Club Sub with no onions, I picked up the sandwich and drove home, it's then I realize it had no mayo, turkey or Bacon and it had onions. I drive back and let the kid know that I must have the wrong sandwich, he inspects it like I'm trying to get away with something and then tells me to get back in line ( behind several people) and re - order the sandwich. I do and once again they leave out the bacon and mayo, I let them know right away before they wrap it that once again it's not right ( the bacon and mayo are what make it a club sub! ) They fix it and hand it to me like I'm the problem, no consideration , no simple apology and no longer my business.

I walked into the restaurant during the lunch rush. There was a decent size line starting to wrap around, so I'm thinking there goes my whole lunch break. I was in and out in probably less than 5 minutes. The gentleman in the red shirt is the real deal, a true quarterback. He was beast mode on the slicer; he was picking off hot sandwiches so they could start early, pushing out pick ups, and handing everybody in line with ease. He was running the operation seamlessly. Everybody was doing a great job. Bang, bang baby see you next time!!!!
