I was dating someone that lives in Sewell, NJ and he took me there one day, and I literally fell in love with the place. I no longer date this guy and I live an hour and 10 min away from here and we don’t have this bakery in Central Jersey. I travel up here just to come here. It’s worth the ride. I brought my brother with me the last time, and he also fell in love with this place, and told the guy behind the counter that he will be back. I give it five stars.
The St. Joseph's ricotta filled cake is insanely good and the filling is not overly sweet (pic is all that was left by the time a picture was taken). It is my new favorite dessert. I have had the Easter ham pie before and, although not my own homemade, it is also excellent (and I'm picky about it)! Haven't tried the Strawberry cream chocolate cheesecake yet but come on...They also have some of the best Stromboli and hoagies around.
