**Workers are slick and will add a tip to your card when you pickup your order without authorization. I tip all the time but saying I’m good and adding a tip to my card after I leave is garbage just like their food . Chicken was burnt and the onion rings looked horrible and were undercooked . From the looks of it prolly see a for sale sign up soon

I wish I could give 5 stars and if this was based upon the quality of food it would definitely be higher. We ordered pizza and mozzarella sticks an hour and a half before they closed and they came 1 hour and 40 minutes later and the food was cold. I’m assuming they held it so the delivery guy could do one last delivery for the night. Was unable to rectify the issue that night because by time the food got here, the restaurant was closed.

Family owned Local restaurant, serving a great variety of Italian food.We had dinner couple times, there is a nice dining space for families and the food is so delicious. ❤️

Had a fantastic meal delivered at a fair price. The garlic wings might have been the best I have ever had. The chicken dinners were great and can match up with most nice Italian dine in restaurants.

The food is great and affordable. The workers are always very kind and punctual with my food. Definitely recommend giving it a try if u haven’t!

Not only did the delivery driver lie and say he called numerous times for help with the address (he did not), the food was left at the wrong address without any notification whatsoever. We had to call the restaurant and then be placed on hold while they called the driver to check on the order status. The driver confirmed he delivered it to the wrong address and the food was left sitting outside in 19 degree weather at the wrong address. We literally had to go outside and walk around, searching the neighborhood to find our food. Of course the food was ice cold and disgusting by the time we located it. We then called Pronto back to let them know, and they advised the owner would supposedly be delivering new food. It's now been over and hour and a half since we placed the order and we still do not have food. Pronto recently changed ownership and it's a sad and disappointing example of how not to run a business. We will never be ordering from here again and I recommend to anyone reading this to avoid this place at all costs. They don't respect their customers nor do they care in any way if they provide minimally acceptable service.Update: We did eventually receive a replacement order. The food was decent and acceptable. I increased the rating from a one to a two. We may order from here again to see if they can redeem themselves, but still please be weary about ordering from here. We also live on the same street Pronto is on (about 0.3 miles down the road.) so there's no excuse for how long it took to make things a bit better.

Wow, my first time ordering tonight. The freshest pizza dough I’ve ever tasted! The blackened chicken on a salad was incredible! What a great local find. Quality, freshness, fabulous menu, and they delivered “pronto”!
The Italian wedding soup that came with Alredo Fettuccine was spoiled rotten I almost threw up & the veggies on the pizza were cold. When I called to let them know, they coldly said "I'm sorry" sounding unperturbed. This place just lost my business. Never again!

Ordered BBQ chicken pizza. Is was so bland, the chicken tasted weird and charred and other than that no flavor. The onion rings I kid you not have no onion. Legit just rings of mediocre breading. Sweet potato fries were a bit soggy but that how I like them, they were good. And then we got two slices of cake for a whopping $10 and they were horrible. Sickeningly sweet and you could chew the gritty sugar in them. NOT worth the $$

Pronto deserves more stars then what’s there. Hands down the best Pizzeria in Gloucester County . I’ve tried them all out here. I pick this one as my favorite. Service is great,food is wonderful. Cheesesteaks are packed and amazing. The pizza is the only pizza I get , I cheated and tried another place,I regretted it. No other place for me

I had placed an order through the Doordash App, and I spent $80 plus dollars on my order and was missing one item. Jalapeno poppers are the only thing my brother wanted, which was the item missing. I called about it and was told they all saw it go out, I was made to feel like I was a liar and just doing it to get free food . A few minutes later I get a call back saying the item fell out of the box in the driver's car and the only option was to get a free order next time I place an order. No refund, or replace will be given I was told. So now I don't have food for a family member, a refund or replace item. Great food, but terrible customer service.(no refund from door dash because they use their own drivers.) This isn't the first time this has happened either.

Love love love their pizza and fries. Enjoy their healthier menu items as well. My favorite thing is the garlic butter dipping sauce that comes with the pizza ?. I either order over the phone or through slice app and never have an issue.
