Bleach blonde girl working today (Monday 2/12) had quite the 'tude after I needed a mere 4 seconds to realize the difference between a "handcrafted" and "hot" beverage to use my rewards. I had a baby in my arms and was quite flustered with one free hand and really didn't appreciate how cold she presented herself. This was my first and probably last visit to this location. Drink was made perfect and food was warm & fresh. But the mobile order area and process was a mess. I’m assuming maybe it’s because they were swamped with orders. People all crowded up at the counter waiting, couldn’t even hear my name get called because everyone was blocking the area.
