Theee worst customer service I have ever encountered. The Hispanic girl who was at the drive theough yesterday was the worst. I ordered a chicken sandwich then I went inside and said that the chicken patty is very soft, it even had water mark under the patty. So I asked her to change it she said but I already bit it so she can’t change it. So I’m like I had to actually bite it to know it’s soggy and cold. She snatched it from me and said to the workers in the back to fry me a new patty but find the smallest patty they can find, in Spanish. I guess she assumed I don’t speak Spanish because I’m black. LMAO. Ignorant people never cease to amaze me. ?

I really had the taste for an Arby's Jamocha Shake (as I approached the jughandle to turn into Blue Star). Unfortunately, my shake was not as decadent as I had hoped. Definitely asking for more Jamocha flavoring to be added next time. I basically received a vanilla shake with a whisper of Jamocha...Their new Renovation was great though!

I have always loved Arby's if your going to do fast food Arby's is In my opinion one of the A lister in the Fast food industry and their food is always fresh. My favorite is their BLT on their whole grain bread. A little mayo lettuce ( yes it's green and crisp,not brown and wilted in dual need of a vegetable makeover ,) The bacon is cooked perfectly and they don't just slap on 2 little like shrunk bacon that takes you an hour to chew because it's really just fake bacon ,not to worry. Their food is cooked the way it's supposed to be and if you ask them to cook it a certain way they will. For the kids as I said in the beginning they are the A lister healthy is in that review. Your children are safe eating too hat rather than ( other fast food restaurants that you would rather they didn't eat. But give it a taste. You may be pleasantly surprised. Do you know what Barbies favorite Fast food is? Arby's of course. I'm being silly with the Barbie comment because my Goddaughter loves anything to do with Barbie and has been bugging to see the movie,she said since Barbies real because she is making movies does she like Arby's? What was I. Going to say definitely not. I said absolutely girl.
