Ordered a chocolate milkshake - they made it with milk, ice cream and a lot of ICE. Asked about this they said that's how they make it. It tasted just as watered down as you would expect. Will not return.

The Watchung location on Somerset is the worst ever, Had a graduation celebration planned, arrived to pick up custom cake Friday 5/12, it was not ready as promised. Returned today 5/13, waited and when brought out, it was literally melted to half size and collapsed in the box like the Wicked Witch. They actually presented it to me with blurred melted message on top of the deflated cake. They grabbed another similar cake and dropped just a graduation cap on it and presented it. I asked if it was same ice cream we ordered, they said yes, lied outright and then presented this crap to me for the $36.00 I had paid. They are incompetent and made matters worse lying and misrepresenting the product, thus ruining the graduation party.I would strongly urge that no one visits this poorly managed location in the future. Horrible experience in all ways,

They need to resolve their phone issues. Needed to call to make a change to a cake order placed on line and cannot get in touch with them. Ridiculous. Will never use them again.

Overpriced cakes and they don’t even write the name on the cake. Was told the manager only writes the names but I guess is too lazy to teach their staff to write.
