My friends and i decided to have dinner at BWW to catch up and vibe. when we walked in.. the host, which i did not get the name, was so uninterested in being there and did not even greet us. he brought us to a dirty unwiped table. Next, our server comes, her name is KIYAH with a libra symbol next to her name on her name tag, was so stank! i never had such terrible service like hers! We asked if she can wipe the dirty table & asks if we want to change tables instead… major red flag… i was a server myself and honestly, i gave her the benefit of the doubt & still had her serve us instead of complaining to a manager which I should’ve done. we ended up moving to another table where she half wiped the table and actually should’ve asked us to get up before wiping the table… rude! she was just rude and unprofessional overall! she was throwing the plates on the table and just would walk away so abruptly. it was a very uncomfortable experience. i complained about the wet dishes and she said they are all like that with a very stank attitude and face & i then asked “do you not want to be tipped? you’ve been acting very rude our whole time here..” she answered back with “i really don’t care .. im about to leave” nope.. i gave her tip to another server who was generally nice to us and im very big on tipping where i tip between 18-20%. she would’ve gotten an easy $20 on her last table. she shouldn’t work in the service industry. Kiyah girl… fix your attitude coz one day you’ll come across a table who would not tolerate that behavior. eating out is a luxury no matter where you go.. don’t ruin that experience for people because you were trying to go home.

I had the absolute worst experience here...when me & my fiancée around 5pm entered there was no host to get us. When he finally came to the front we said hello he said nothing he didn't even ask if more people will be joining us he just started walking. So we followed he threw the menus on the table and walked away. Wanted to speak the manager but decided I would wait until after we ate. As we waited to be greeted by our waitress I watched the host walking around the restaurant with no energy he never stayed at the front. Whe the waitress came over she asked if we wanted something to drink we replayed with a not yet. She walked with not offering us water or anything. When she finally came back we put in our drink orders and appetizer...when the drinks and appetizer came out we order our main dishes. We order guacamole and chips we had more chips than guacamole. The guacamole had more pico de gallo than guacamole...it was horrible. My fiancée didn't like the taste of her drink...so we waited for our waitress to come check on us so we can order something different. She never came we waited 10mins before another staff person called her to check on us. She finally came over took the drink asked what dipping sauce...when she came back with our food we had no carrots or celery. She brought my fiancée drink and we ate our food...the waitress NEVER checked on the whole time we were there and no they were not busy. The restaurant was basically empty the entire we were eating...it didn't started filling up we were done eat. When she came over after sitting there waiting for us she said ready for the bill...didn't ask if we wanted dessert or another drink. So we just looked at each and said please the bill and boxes as we had some wings left...we also as for carrots as we never got them.with our meal. This was an absolute worst experience I ever had eating a Buffalo Wild Wings...we were so done and frustrated didn't even want to speak with the manager we just ready to go. We left a tip even though the service was trash simply because the cost of living has gone up alot. Horrible don't waste your money...eat at home.

I placed my order online and got there in 30 minutes just to wait another hour to get the food.The waiting area was packed and the cashier was missing for almost 20 minutes.The food came out utterly cold and insipid. Food was good however the evening service Monday night was not the best. Our server forgot utensils, sauces as well as missing order items.Wanted to enjoy it but maybe it was a bad evening. However I won’t be returning to this location. I am also disappointed with the atmosphere. Instead of families enjoying their meals multiple people are just looking around waiting on food or their server.

The store is empty and there are a bunch of servers and receptionists who keep walking and dancing in the kitchen around ignoring all the customers waiting in line. Nobody comes to take us to the table. We'd been waiting for 45 minutes when more than half of the restaurant was empty. Terrible customer service!!!

First time at BWW, and I can only compare to Wingstop. I ordered the 6 piece regular with medium heat, with french fries, which was quite good. The Bleu cheese was given in a small container, hardly enough to enjoy. Also it was missing chunks that I became accustomed to at WS. Service was a bit iffy, very lax and no napkins or refills on my soda.

I've been sitting here for from the first quarter to the third quarter of the Green Bay and San Francisco 49ers game and since I've been sitting here I watched many servers Pass Me By I watched four tables come in after me order food drinks get their food very sore out looking for my face and don't say nothing or ask it I want anything so I had to get up or take out order food from take out and have my food give it to me just Sarah sucks and it's very sad I even watched the manager look at my face and walk past me very poor service very not helpful at all you need to do better this is 2024
