Went at 5:30pm and was excited to see they had coffee rolls after going to another Dunkin and them not having anything. Unfortunately we were disappointed to find the coffee rolls were hard and stale. They were either over cooked or sitting there all day or both.

I’ve been to a few Dunkin’ Donuts around town but this one beats the rest. Sorry. The customer service here is the best when compared to around. The other one would have to be in Plainfield located on terril rd but even then they don’t come as close to the customer service when compared to this location. I’m not a huge fan of the Dunkin’ Donuts breakfast menu items honestly it all tastes the same to me but I enjoy their coffee. Besides the customer service here, they also have an area to sit and study or have a chat. They also have a bask in robins here which there’s only one other Dunkin like that and it’s on front st. The parking here is more than sufficient. It does get a bit busy in the mornings so I do advise ordering on the app but besides the mornings they’re always quick to get your order done.
Person in counter was too rude and not ready to apply discount on 1/6/24 @ 5. 10pm . App says medium coffee is 2$ till 2/29 whereas he was saying it’s only for online order and the way he behaved it’s

He must’ve given me somebody else’s order, so always check your food. otherwise the drive-through is tight they have to drive through, but they only use one and it’s very tight. Specially, if you have a big truck otherwise Their bagels is fresh and all I do is bagel and strawberry Culotta.

Highlights:- Bilingual - Spanish/ English- Outdoor Seating- indoor seating in atriumI am not a Dunkin regular by a long stretch but someone mentioned this Dunkin have much better coffee then surrounding Dunkin's so I tried it out.I did not seem to be more than I expected but the coffee was very hot and I give it a pass. I find some Dunkin establishments coffee seem watered down, i'd compare it to your generic corner breakfast cart you might see in NYC, it's more water and milk than coffee.Store is laid in a long straight line which gave it a well organized feel and you pass right by the stand up refrigerators with additional beverage options.Right after the order counter is a Baskin (Robbins) and I really don't know what that's about.A unique feature at the far end of the store is a large, open, full glass atrium which seems like a nice place to enjoy coffee.I'd rate on-line or above other Dunkin's based on seating options but coffee was more in line with what I expected and that's why I don't Dunkin.But if you Dunkin, stop at this Dunkin and enjoy coffee outdoor or in their large atrium.

No organization 4 or 5 customers including myself got our orders wrong. Saw on guy cl.e back in with the wrong drink and they tried to give the returned drink to the intended person. After 3 tries I left with a coffee but it was still wrong. Every time I have been here it's confusion, long waits, and incorrect order. Not going

The service here is horrible. I understand that workers are busy completing online orders but to not address customers waiting in the store for more than 5 minutes is inexcusable.

The donuts are full of air and nothing special. The bagels are OK. The coffee is on the lighter side unless you get their dark roast, which is better but still not going to please those that like a truly bold cup of Joe. The breakfast sandwiches are probably my favorite part of Dunkin's offerings and will do in a pinch.
