IM NEVER COMING BACK HERE! When I walk in all I get are stares and no welcome in. All employees need to be teached manners while handling with customers. I’ve came several times and they ignore me while I’m standing there waiting to get attended. Also there’s one African male employee that gives me nasty looks and talks to me in a rude way. The manager has to step up and watch who’s he/she is hiring.

I like the bowls, what I don’t like is the services. What’s the point of ordering on the app if everytime I go to pick up my bowl; 1. It’s not ready 2. The young black female always charging me extra than what the app is charging me. So once I pay her (again, on top of what paid on the app) is when she starts my order.She’s only there to charge those who pay in person and to make the food. She shouldn’t be worried about what happens on the app.

I had never been to Playa bowls before. It was very confusing trying to read the menu and figure out what was actually on the bottom of the bowl. I kept thinking it was yogurt. There needs to be better signage to explain exactly what a bowl is and how to order. The employees were not helpful at all because I kept saying I don't understand exactly what this is. And they just kept referring me to the menu.

Have mixed feelings — the day before yesterday, I got a Kowabunga smoothie and that was pretty good. But yesterday I got the Dang smoothie and it made my stomach uncomfortable pretty immediately and then until this morning. Don’t know whyVegetarian options: Also vegan options too
