The wings are good. I usually stick to the dry Louisiana rub and lemon pepper flavor. Ordered the cajun by mistake once and found that they were pretty good although they were very very hot. The Cajun fried corn is ok but better with the ranch dressing.

Okay so the wings are okay. Like it's not amazing or anything of the sort. Nothing to write home about. The fries are just not my preference but what shines is the ranch. I am somewhat of a ranch Connoisseur and I must say out of all the restaurants I have personally gone too, fast food included (Shoot I can name them all too) Wingstop wins. McDonald's ranch? Eh. Buffalo Wild Wings ranch? Gross. Wendy's ranch? Good but not great. Dominos ranch? Come on now. 7 eleven ranch? Lol TGIF ranch? I rather just not have any. The habit grill chimney rock location ranch? Pretty close! Wingstop ranch? Undefeated. So congrats Wingstop. I crown you best ranch ever. And because of that you get four stars. But I would've gave you a solid 3 for your food. So thank the ranch, don't thank me.

8/21/21 - This was our first visit to Wingstop in Watchung (or any Wingstop for that matter). We placed an online order for 20 classic wings (carryout) by the piece... Spicy Korean Q (5), Mango Habanero (5), and Original Hot (10). All three flavors were fantastic but I really want to give a shoot out to the Mango Habanero sauce. The cost was $25 which works out to $1.25 per wing. Not cheap but the wings were a good size. The wings were packed in two separate boxes with the Spicy Korean Q and Mango Habanero well separated in the same box. The online order stated that our wings would be ready in 16-21 minutes but it took closer to 30 minutes. Not a complaint, just an observation. The workers were courteous although one customer was not. Wingstop Watchung is located in a strip mall with more than enough parking available. We'll be back the next time we are in the area.

Poor customer service. Employees don't care. My online orders have been incorrectly filled. My last online order was missed because they misplaced printout. Had to wait for 45 minutes before they realized it. There should be no excuse for this. I complained to their Twitter account, they offered to send me a $10 GC, which never came.

Been here multiple times, it appears as if the employees get worse as time passes. Maybe they are fed up with Covid or pissed because they cannot work from home. Anyway, Late one evening, on a Monday, I placed an order and the wings were atrocious. The fries were still partially uncooked and over seasoned. When I went to pick up my order at the time that it was ready, the cashier just grabbed my order from another table placed it on another table, and I(me) said Thank you, have a great evening. The employee appeared to be updet, and didn't even acknowledge anything I said turned around and just walked away. Simple gestures go a long way. With this said, I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Not sure how this places stays open. Employees do not want to be working there, therefore the customer pays for food and also pays for their deficiencies. I will never go here again, find another wing spot or try BWW. You be the judge if you want. Good luck

Made the mistake of putting in a order for Super Bowl Sunday. I guess it takes more than 5 days to prep wings at the time requested because this restaurant did not deliver. Told us they were running late...really??? Got home and realized they had left out many sides including blue cheese dressing. Was like eating pizza with no cheese or sauce or crust. Received an offer to provide feedback for free fries when I got home...think I will pass.

Excellent food. Loved the Tenders. Favorite sauce was Mild and BBQ. Fries were delicious. So much better than Buffalo Wild Wings!

I don't know why people still eat American/Buffalo-style wings. Conclusion: Bon Chon wings blows away any A/B-style wings. 1st, spicy is not. 2nd, the ranch and blue cheese dips were weak (read mildly flavored), and 3rd, the wings were more sour than spicy. Portions are small too. On the good side the dough wasn't excessive on the wings. And the veggies were good. Get two veggies for the 10-piece meal, if you like a lot of veggies which I do. Decor was appropriate and the service was as expected. Bottom-line don't waste your time. Just go to Bon Chon and order the spicy wings. You'll find it much much better. Soy garlic isn't bad either.

First of all - the place is filthy. Listened to the cook complain for 15 minutes while he slowly made people's orders. Finally got food home and sauce and fries were missing. Whoever is at the corporate level definitely needs to come fix this location. Especially with those prices.....
The wings are delicious and so are the fries. I order takeout or Uber eats and the food is consistent and hot. Great for Sunday football and when I have unexpected guest

Stopped here randomly while passing by. The options they offer are good such as the flavor options and combo meals. I liked that you can split the flavors of the wings in your order. I got the smallest combo- half bbq boneless wings and half spicy asian. My boyfriend got the larger order- half bbq and half garlic parmesan. Not sure if the employees working the register were new, but they made our first experience there a little confusing. The wings were okay. Nothing great, but not terrible either. Not sure if I would return.

Came in for lunch. There were 2 people working, the cashier and the cook. Ordered 6 wings (2 flavors) and veggies. Was told my order would take 20 minutes. Sat down and every table was filthy and greasy as was the floor. I let the cashier know and the cook came out and cleaned the tables and put a caution sign on the floor. I got my food within the 20 minutes and needed salt. The salt and pepper bin was almost empty and was filthy, it looked like a liquid had spilled in there. I was told they were out of salt! OUT OF SALT! You make French fries, how can you be out of salt. I will never go back. It was disgusting and the wings were chewy.

The food was as expected, the only reason for the rating was at 1140 the doors was still locked. The store opened at 1100 why the employees choose to keep the store closed an additional 40 minutes beats me. But overall food and experience was okay.
