The bagels are good but the costumer service is terrible , my wife and I always come to Subaru service for oil change , and then take breakfast in this place , now we order two bagels ask nicely a cup of ice , the guy in the front said we don't sell ice , and this was confusing for us because every restaurant should have a ice machine. We are very upset about that , because both work in the food industry , and we know that a cup of water or ice is basic customer service. We think they were acting very cheap and it's frustrating they only take cash too

I think they're incredible bagels, soft and doughy inside and harder on the outside, just the way they should be!! Other then always forgetting to bring cash (no cards, cash only), I have no complaints!! They're definitely worth trying if you're a bagel person!! You'll love em

Bagels are good but you can get good bagels at a couple of different places in town. They need to keep a watchful eye on the people they are training. I could totally tell the lady was new as she was struggling with the register. We only got a dozen bagels, so how can they mess that up right?? I miss the days where they would bag your bagels, right at the time of ordering. My friend was going out of town and wanted to take a dozen bagels with her and her order was totally messed up, she didn't get the bagels we ordered. We didn't realize until she got down to her destination so it was really disappointing to say the least

Best bagels in this area! Toddler approved! There's always a line out the door in the morning. Their bagels are fresh and warm - the breakfast sandwiches are delicious - add the hash brown in there if & when you can. Just a note - this spot is cash only!

Always good and fast. Glad they made a called line, so much faster in and out.

I travel every week, occasionally outside the U.S. In 30yrs of travel, I’ve bought from 200-300 different bagel shops. For me, BAGEL LOOPS in Wayne, NJ is #1 Best of all-time. Bagel Loops’s quality and baking expertise far surpasses expectations and they beat most bagel shops on price as well. Toasted w/butter or loaded with turkey and Swiss. ❤️ Bagel Loops- #1 ⭐️

Bagel was good but my order was wrong . Staff was very friendly and helpful. I rarely come here since I'm not from Wayne, however when I am in the area I make sure to stop in. Only downfall is that they only accept cash and I never carry cash lol. It's worth going to the atm for one of their bagels!

A local favorite and some of the best bagels, breakfast, and deli food in the tristate area. You won't regret visiting for a fresh bagel. Also, make sure you check out the flavored cream cheese of the day.

Definitely the best bagels in around!! They are big, soft, fluffy, extremely tasty bagels, and I recommend them to everyone!! You could actually eat one plain it is similar to a soft pretzel!!

What to say about this wonderful place. Bagels are fresh and the best we have had..they have delicious variety and bagels in different colors during the weekend. Go early on weekends, they are very busy. Definitely worth it, I don't go anywhere else for my bagels.

Delicious bagels, probably best in the area. They are quite busy usually so you can call ahead but the line typically moves fast if you don’t. The only thing is they are cash only and that is something you have to prepare for ahead of time or use their atm. Nowadays I think cash only is a big inconvenience but I guess the bagels are worth the effort.

Once rated a 5 star by me, was extremely frustrated over calling in ahead and still waiting 40 minutes for my order while people were coming in, ordering same hot food at counter, and getting their food before me. I saw them moving tickets ahead of mine with no reason whatsoever. Not tolerable. Never again.
