Ordered delivery from them tonight. They accepted the order, then waited over an hour to cancel it. By the time that occurred everywhere else nearby was closed. Pretty crummy thing to do

Made an order last night and the delivery driver never delivered the food. Common sense would have you think that he would leave the food with the front desk staff at my building, but when I went to ask the front desk staff, they had no clue about any food delivery…because I prepaid with my card, there was a lack of effort in delivering my food. I ordered $43 worth of food and got nothing. I go the next day to talk to the owner which was a 40 minute drive. He didn’t believe me and refused to give me a refund. I’m upset I paid a lot of money for food I didn’t receive. I trusted my girlfriend when she mentioned this place as a spot to order food from, but never again. The owner was rude, the delivery driver lacked common sense. No wonder they have a very bad rating overall. Place is a scam

You call this place and place a order a lunch and the reason i want to share this is because this is not the first time this office orders from Biaggios and they continue to make the same mistake the frustration is that you are thinking of having an appetizing lunch when you realized this is not what your order first and foremost while ordering the attendant whom ever took my order should of advised me that they did not have the onion rings and or the chicken fingers available if the cost was more they should of advised me and not send me what they should of thought I would eat we will no longer order from this facility and the management not friendly and rude

The customer service here is terrible. My friend and I ordered food from here and both of our orders contained long pieces of hair. We called back and the guy I guess didn't believe us but we said we had pictures that we could show him tomorrow because it was already 1 am. then he proceeded to call me back five minutes later and tell me that the delivery guy was coming back and he demanded that I bring the food down. I had told him that my friend and I were going to sleep as it is already almost 2 AM and we are both students. He told me that if I didn't bring it down he wasn't going to give me a credit. he told me to bring it down and leave it at the counter. so we brought the food down after we got off the phone with him. He sent the guy and the guy came and we had already brought the food down an an hour ago. Now because I had already fallen asleep the guy who came to pick up the food spam called my phone five times. And left a voicemail which is completely unprofessional as I was trying to sleep. So I woke up because the ringing and vibration woke me up and I called him back and the driver was being completely rude. He told me that he doesn't have all the Time in the world to be waiting on me that who do I think I am. I told him that I had already brought down the food that it should've been at the desk and he's like that's not my problem. Then I told him that the guy on the phone that I had spoke to told me to just bring the food down and leave it at the front desk so that I may go to sleep and he still proceeded to tell me that he was there listening to the conversation and he never heard the guy say that. Furthermore he hung up the phone on me mid conversation. I definitely do not recommend this place. the pizza is terrible, the food will come really cold and the customer service is worse than stepping on a Lego barefoot. and by the way ask for receipts because they don't give you receipts on purpose and overcharge you so make sure to check your accounts, these people are really out to get your money. It's sad that this is a small business owned by minorities and they are stealing money from fellow minorities who are just trying to get their education less than a mile away from them.

Best pizza in the area . The taste of the dough is just what real pizza dough should taste like . And slices are thing. I love all their pizzas . They’re delicious .

I ordered a biagio salad from the biagios in Wayne, NJ with extra oil and vinegar and only chicken, mozzarella, and eggplant. The salad I got had that with onions, peppers, olives and tomatoes which the website does not specify. When I called the restaurant to correct the order, I received an attitude from the supposed manager on duty saying that salad comes with everything which the website does not specify. So I said they need to update their menu and I got the response of you need to order what you want it’s not my problem. I will never order from there again horrible service
Order never showed. When I called they told me sorry they are too busy and canceled my order.

Their food and service is pretty good. The garlic grilled chicken sub had to be one of my favorites. They deliver locally and to the university. I used to order from them all the time.

These guys have one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in town. We were spoiled living in Hudson county where there is the best of every cuisine out there. But these guys are so close to our old favorite spot, that we have no reason to travel back to Hudson County to have great Italian food. Love these guys!!

Worst food I've ever had...rubbery calamari with undercooked mushy crust. Pizza sauce taste like vomit...meatballs on meatball parm.very under cooked.Also delivery box and bag smelled like old cigarettes and fish!TERRIBLEEEEEEE!!!!
