Place was packed, had to wait a bit, the line kept moving. The staff at CAVA was incredible, even with the nonstop flow of customers. Some of the customers were pretty brutal, unable to understand that it takes a minute to refill the supply of fresh food when there are this many people ordering rapid-fire. Also, it’s loud, if you call something by the wrong name or aren’t clear, they may pick up the wrong item. There’s no need to yell. Good thing the staff are super well mannered and able to roll with poorly behaved customers. Thanks, CAVA team for crushing it! You guys are amazing! (Oh, and the food is always SO good too!)
The food is always great and the customer service is super kind, helpful and very accommodating each visit. Best Cava there is hands down!

First time here, I'll keep it simple.Delicious food, But Horrible place to dineMy order:Mixed grains & Greens bowl+With upcharge rice (lentil, channa rice)Pick 2 protiensChicken & +upcharge lambAll of the fixingsCeasar dressingMint lemon cucumber large drinkTotal $20 ?Food was good...However the portion for a $15+ bowl was very little.No one of the staff is friendly, nor do they smile, or have any customer service skills.I won't dine here again. Tables all dirty as well no one was cleaning them for the 30 min I sat down. Sticky and dirty with food and drinks spilled. Horrible experience. I'll stick to chick fil a and smash burger next door.

Dirty, employees have a bad attitude and don't even look at you when they talk...Garbages are overflowing..fountain soda not filled nor the juices. The food was good but will never return to this Cava.
