Tiny storefront, hard to find with gps. Large interior, deceptive from outside. Nice atmosphere, bathroom was ok, prices a little steep, huge menu difficult to navigate. It took me at least 20 minutes to select my order and many of the dishes are labeled spicy!

Came for a quick lunch and was surprised at how affordable and delicious the lunch special was - $12 with your choice in meal (rice, noodles, protein and vegetable) and soup (egg drop, wonton, hot and sour). An unexpected treat was a chocolate fortune cookie!

Absolutely love the food here, especially Kung po chicken, crispy tofu, and spicy garlic fish. It's byob so having dinner parties here, especially with lazy Susan around, can be super fun and comfortable. Thank you, Chengdu. When I want to treat myself for a bday dinner or special occasion, this restaurant is definitely at the top of the list.

The service was HORRIBLE. DON'T GO!! They charge you a $2 service fee, for some and not others. We were a group of students with special needs taking our students out for a nice meal in the community so we had a large party with 2 tables and one of our checks had no service fee and several others did, unsure why some would be charged a service fee and others wouldn't.Also I asked for a small side order of broccoli in garlic sauce and paid $17, does thet sound a bit much or what? The food was very average and the service was lacking. Don't recommend.

This is a nice Chinese Szechuan restaurant next to the Willowbrook mall. It is located at the corner peak of the shopping center and has ample of parking spaces. We have been here a few times but I must say the foods served here is a hit or miss, not consistent. I would have leave this review with a 3-star but our last visit to cheng du was disappointing. We treated our friends to dinner and had a large party of 8. The waiter was helpful and recommended some dishes during our selection process. We pretty much took his recommendations and ordered 9 dishes with soup. The spicy stir-fry pork kidneys was most disappointing and not worth the $$$ spent. They served us spoiled pork kidneys thinking that we wouldn't notice with all the hot spicy peppers in the mix. I wished our waiter had recommended us not to order this dish since it was not fresh. If you cannot serve fresh stir-fry kidneys, then please consider taking this dish off your menu. The rest of the dishes for the night are mediocre. There was not a dish that stood out to us for us to return.

I have personally traveled various places around the world embracing much. I have a food review page. I love Authentic Asian cuisine. I have been to Cheng Du several times. In my experience, the first time was awesome with service. There was a young gentleman that was personable. Other times the servers were very cold and rushing. Tonight was the worst with family I had out. The Woman server was absolutely rude. Shoving and throwing things on the table! When asked for too container, she shoved it into my family member's face. I wouldn't treat an animal like that! The check was dropped on table abruptly by a male without asking if we wanted anything else. We were not rude to anyone and used discernment. Family members did not want to leave a tip but we did anyway. I am thinking of going back to speak to a manager but unsure if that will do any good.

Visited for lunch and it was okay. The house lo mein was super bland and the shrimp was not deveined aka gross. Egg drop soup was good, broccoli w chicken was fine. Crab Rangoon was so so.
