The portion sizes are a joke!! You get 25% less food than any other location, but pay the same prices. Bloomfield NJ location is much better.

On March 10th at around 4:14 pm, this employee kept repeatedly yelling at a disabled customer. The customer in front of me told her that she forgot her chips. The employee kept yelling at her that she didn't forget, and the customer never ordered any. I was right next to the customer- she did order chips. But even if the customer forgot- you don't yell at people. The worst part is that the customer was wearing a large pin on a lanyard that said "I'm Disabled, Please Be Patient". Regardless if a person has a disability or not, you don't yell at people.

I had an interview here some weeks ago. the store opens at 10:45 am, i was given a interview time for 10am. i was left to stand outside in the pouring cold rain for about 20 minutes knocking on the store door until a confused worker finally come to open the door. i explained that i was there for an interview & was told to sit down just to be waiting again for the manager. during my interview the manager gets a call & has to step aside then proceeds to write down his name & number and tells me to send my name and email to his number. they are VERY unprofessional & unorganized. to this day i still haven’t gotten any real updates. this is only a piece of the nonsense, DO NOT waste your time applying to this store location.

Amazing food and service whenever I go to pick-up my food.. The only thing that bugs me is when I place an order for delivery(through delivery partner), I feel like portion size suffers a little on those orders. Other than that great place, food and entertainment.Vegetarian options: Veg Bowl from here my "Go To" option. Whenever I feel like eating light, healthy and tasty food. :)

0 stars should be an option! Enough is enough with the service here! The Only reason I go here is cause I love Chipotle and cause it’s the nearest to me. Sometimes have made the drive to Clifton but they are slightly better. Never fails that they are out of something when I go… no forks, soda machine not working, no ice, no napkins, no lids. So annoying. Then the staff being so inconsistent on what to charge and what not to charge w sides. Attitude is the biggest issue there from most employees. If you don’t want to the job then don’t work there or anywhere. Last night topped it off where we placed a pick up order via the app. My salad was ordered with double meat and what I got was less than a regular portion should be. Ton of guacamole, and sour cream put on but little protein. I paid $18 dollars for this salad along with other orders. Furious w the management and team there! Horrible horrible service! But they were nice to give us napkins that can last me for weeks! Change is needed now! Please!

We were charged for it as should be, however we were giving such a small “scoop” that the person in front of us had more without asking for an extra. However, both of the people spoke Spanish and so the lady gave her extra without no charge. We paid 19$, cause they charged us for guacamole which we didn’t order. Horrible service, please choose a different location.

Portions are extremely small. For One normal scoop of meat they force you to do double. Go here if you want to pay extra for underserved bland food frankly It doesn’t make sense to pay this much for a 400 calorie bowl which used be portioned to be 1000. Not even 1/4 cup of rice come on guys. Qdoba runs circles around this
