Appetizers were yumm. Food was OK. Pasta didn't have enough sauce. Hostess ladies were crabby and not very welcoming. However, the waiter was great. He even helped us surprise a member of our group with ice cream for his bday.

Since you wanted a explanation on my 4stars. Here it is. This is my opinion. On the arcade floors, there are no securities. By the bathrooms: same. I don't feel like the games are sanitized properly. The food is not that great.Besides all that, this place is awesome. My kids love it here.

The only reason we decided to drop by was because my girlfriend had a coupon for a free dessert and we decided to have to go because we had a movie in a hour. By the time we got the food the movie was already starting, not sure why it took a hour for one order of churros. When we got our recipe we were charged for the dessert and we showed them our coupon. They then asked for our phone number for the reward, and the waitress leave for another 5 minutes to put it in. She comes back with an EVEN bigger charge. We explain what exactly are we paying for if we have the coupon and she just said this is what our waitress put in. Our waitress also never checked in on us, and also took about 10 minutes just to get our drink order. It was a Monday and not crowded at all, she could’ve easily asked us how our food came out but after the drink order we never saw her again unless she was at different tables. We explained and showed them the coupon twice. We should’ve gotten the manager but at that point we were so late to the movie. The service is just so slow and they do not understand the coupons that the app offers. Not sure why Dave and busters offers coupons if the employees do not know how to put them in or use them.

Me and my girlfriend went for dinner and had a nice time. We later moved to the bar later in the night for a drink. We sat for 20 mins while the bartender was too busy putting all her tips in the tip bucket and checking out the credit card receipts for the night. I guess that was more important than a new guest at the bar. We ordered a 9.99 blackberry margarita. It arrived with no salt and I kindly asked for salt which the bartender, Emily, remade after making it wrong. Then the check was dropped showing 13.85!! For the same drink that we previously ordered earlier in the night for 9.99. At this point it was too much so I found a manager who helped me get to the bottom. After speaking to Emily, the manager came over and said the reason we were overcharged was “miscommunication due to an extra shot put in the drink.” That excuse was 100% false and made up as the drink had no extra shot. Emily was just overcharging for the drink and the manager was covering for her. I worked in the restaurant business for over 15 years and know all the excuses, didn’t fool us. So the check was fixed and issue was resolved as though we thought. Then over the next 15 mins Emily was pointing directly at us to coworkers laughing and yelling about the situation. Completely unprofesssional and we will not be going back to that bar ever. It’s sad that people are allowed to overcharge, steal, and still be employed there. I hope this issue is escalated as I will continue to review this on other review forums. I included the check to this review for proof of the overcharged receipt with no “extra shot” price shown.
New update!!Well, they have moved things around, it looks more specious and with some new games! I ordered a rib eye medium, and it is safe to say the chef did very well. The steak was medium, and it was a very tender piece of steak!!! We'll done D&B!!!Old review.Same old games, fun but same old. Staff needs to monitor kids wondering alone on the floor.They do need more personnel on the floor to help customers.

I went here with my wife before and we loved it. We brought the kids and some friends with theirs as well. The kids were all in with the games and the food. It was a little pricey but what else isn't these days. Great place for birthdays or special occasions with family.
