Only 2 employees working trying to do everything, my ham and Swiss cheese croissant was ice cold, frozen cheese, I did complain about it and employees were very nice and kind to make my food hot, and gave me another croissant and some munchies. Finally, no such a bad experience .
Not the friendliest Dunkin around. The manager, Ash, doesn’t have a customer service bone in his body. They made me wait while they took their sweet time walking around behind the counter even though I was the only customer in the store this morning. Then when Ash finally took my order, he picked my order, handed it to me, no smile, no Thank You, nothing. It’s like customers are a burden for him.Find a better manager.
