Good local Mexican eats! I’ve been hearing about this place for their birria and it was delicious. They offer so many things on their menu and they were all delicious. I recommend taking a trip to try some food. They had descent pricing for the amount of food served.

We went to celebrate the birthday of one of my friends and it was the perfect place, what I liked most was the customer service, Mr. Marcelo and the girls who work there were always available if we needed anything. the food 100/10 I'm sure I'll be back soon.

I do not understand all of these great reviews. The chips were so hard they seemed like they were a year old. The salsa was not even salsa-no seasoning, seemed like bland tomato juice. Want water? You are going to pay for that-bottled water. Food was ok but my husband ordered tacos and they did not come with sides. He liked them. I ordered chicken fajitas-they were ok but no cheese with the accompaniments which was weird. Daughter had a burrito which she said was pretty good. We were there for so long. Such a long time waiting to order and then Another VERY LONG wait to be served and then yet Another long wait to get our check. We thought perhaps they were short staffed, so we accepted it. BUT it was so hot in the restaurant and SO LOUD for a small restaurant and then when the check came a 20% gratuity was added to our check for only 3 people. We found that the last straw to an unpleasant experience. Def not a place to go back to.

I had the mixed fajitas. Very little meat with abundant amount of peppers & onions. Taste was bland. Came with plain white rice/beans/pico/sour cream. Dish was $29.00 (overpriced) Husband had Mar Y Tierra (3 pieces Grilled Shrimp & 1/2 Skirt Steak over peppers & onions) accompanied with plain white rice & beans. Steak was overdone instead of medium & not seasoned at all. Coke $4, Glass of Iced Tea $4, Frozen Margarita $6 (was 1/2 price Happy Hour). 20% tip automatically added which is completely wrong to do. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. This place gets 4 thumbs down. We hardly ever give bad reviews, if any. We've been to better places, got better & tastier meals for less $$.

Nice environment but this was my steak in my chimichangas… I was expecting actual pieces of steak but Instead paid for rice in a tortilla with these tiny bits of “steak” and there were barely any of these tiny pieces in there !! Was NOT worth how much it was for this !! And they charge for water which I think is insane. This steak was just upsetting to say the least was really looking forward to coming here and this is the quality of food received

The food is okay...the Jalapeños in Passaic is much better. Here the decorations were on point, drinks were good, but the taste of the food was a bit bland. I ordered the quesabirria. The broth came out kinda cold, so that wasn't good. Nice decorations though
Some items are really good. The Birra items are really good, I usually get the beef which is shredded. The drinks are all good. Some influences came in at a busy time, the rest of us were pretty much ignored. I ordered the chicken enchiladas mole, with chicken, it was not shredded as most places, it was little cubes of chicken that was dry and looked like cat food, and did not (i imagine) taste much better. TO TOP IT OFF THE PUT A 20% GRATUITY ON ALL CHECKS. I ALMOST DOUBLED TIPPED. BE CAREFUL

I’ve been here twice and each time was a phenomenal experience. My most recent time was for a friend’s bday and from the owner down to the food, entertainment and wait staff, we were treated like vip guests. The DJ was amazing and the dancer matched the vibe and kept everyone’s energy up. Even patrons who didn’t know each other partied together and everyone had an amazing time. Can’t wait to book my own party here soon!
Best brunch spot ever ! I celebrated my birthday last week here and cannot be more happier with the service. Great food and drinks, definitely recommend this place 1000%

The culinary experience at this establishment is exceptional, and we find ourselves continually drawn to it. I attended a large gathering with friends for a birthday celebration on a Sunday, and we had a fantastic time. The service surpassed our expectations. If there were any health issues, it's likely unrelated to the restaurant, considering the prevalence of a virus causing stomach bugs among people I know who haven't dined here. Criticize the food based on personal taste, but attributing illness unfairly is unwarranted. Kudos to Jalapeños for consistently delivering outstanding food and service – I'll be returning this weekend!

Great food!! I do get drinks 90% of the time ( I only got food once, i dont eat when i drink, lol), and those are amazing! Strawberry margaritas all the way! Great service too highly
