We have loved Jamba Juice for many years and we were super excited when they opened a store at Willowbrook mall. My 4 year old is in love with the mango-a-go-go which is our all time favorite. But what is not to like? Mango, juice and sherbet. The original menu is really not that healthy though, a small one has 63 grams of sugar and a large one you are looking at 110 grams, that's 22 packs of sugar. Is it worth it? Yes. We always get one when we are at the mall.

I specifically came to the mall for Jamba Juice because there aren’t many franchises in New Jersey it’s quite the trip but I’ve really been craving a smoothie since I went to the location at Roosevelt Field mall. When I ordered my drink a disgruntled male took my order he quickly became annoyed because I was simply ordering a smoothie and wanted to redeem my coupon. He said I don’t have enough points to use the coupon but it wasn’t a point redeemable coupon it was 50 percent off any item offered by Jamba Juice onto my account. What a dense man he proceeded to tell me they don’t accept online orders at the mall but their posters have QR codes saying skip the line order ahead so that confused me and the mall just opened… I didn’t question it I went to order the Pb and banana coco whip bowl and he stated they don’t have the base for it I asked if he has the bananas and peanut butter because I can see them behind him he tells me yes they do, I proceeded to ask if he also has the coco whip to which he replied yes to but he wasn’t making sense or being consistent with his responses because he initially said they don’t have the base..? He finally says they don’t have the waffle for the bowl and I said that’s fine I’ll take it without it he sighs and goes we just don’t have the ingredients. I’m not sure who hired this guy but he clearly doesn’t want to do his job or maybe he’s racist and doesn’t like Muslims. I returned to the booth after getting my smoothie which by the way was so runny and given in a weird cup after I saw he left and saw the other female worker Delila taking orders this time. I felt like he was lying to me about taking online orders because it stated I could place it on my app. I asked her if they take online orders she replied yes they do I also asked if they have the Pb banana bowl and she said yes they do. I then mentioned to her that her coworker had lied to me about both things when I had asked earlier and he had walked back into the booth this time. He stood by her as I told her that and she quickly became defensive I’m assuming that’s her boyfriend because I’m not sure what took over that women. She asked me why would I have to order on the app if I’m ordering at the counter which I replied to I wanted to use my coupon and she said okay I can scan it I told her it wasn’t working… then she asks me again but why would you order online if you’re at the booth. It seemed like things weren’t clicking in that girls head because she kept asking me why as if the posters aren’t already encouraging online orders. Her demeanor was rude and she had the audacity to call me obnoxious just because I asked why he lied to me. She could’ve just apologized for his behavior. I became irritated at that point because there was no reason for her to get aggressive with me when I approached him very politely. I let her know at the end of the day the reason she’s working here is because she couldn’t work anywhere better. She tried making a point that she has a degree maybe in studying donkeys because she was truly making an you know what out of herself. If you see these two miserable beings behind the counter don’t even bother ordering.

I have a deep appreciation for this Jamba Juice establishment. The staff members exhibit remarkable efficiency and a warm welcoming attitude. Regardless of the time or day, the beverages consistently maintain their delicious taste and high quality. I am genuinely grateful to the Jamba Juice team for their consistent dedication in crafting these amazing drinks. The facility is exceptionally clean, and despite the fact that this particular Jamba Juice is not conveniently located on my usual route, I make it a point to prioritize a visit due to my high regard for their offerings.

Horrible horrible service. Whoever the 2 men are that are working there right now are incompetent. Placed my order, and 3 people after me received their order before I did. When I approached them about it, they never even started making it. Not coming back here ever!!!

Please do NOT visit this location! Staff hanging around and using cleaning cloths to ice skate across the floor. Counters filthy and the staff were more interested in each other than the actual customers! Waited 17 mins until I finally spoke up and got my order. Corporate contacted, health department notified and Willowbrook Mall notified.

I was craving Jamba for weeks now and was excited to finally satisfy the craving, but my usual fav Strawberry Surf Rider tasted so watered down :( Not sure if this was an off day or the norm at this location, but either way it will deter me from coming back.

this place is very unorganized and bad at distributing their orders. drinks are placed to be taken without any label or names on them to specify whose and what they are. anyone can take them regardless of what place in line they are at. the staff complained about how annoying customers are

I normally don't try to give bad reviews but I deff have to today. Today, May 25th around 3pm, I ordered a smoothie and off the bat the women working there was being rude. I tried not to let it get to me since it wasn't a big deal at first. She then SHOUTED at my mom to stand to the side to wait for my smoothie. English is not my moms first language and has a hard time reading English. There was NO LINES and we were not standing by the counter at all. Why shout at her like that?? And then as we waited at the side, someone, unassuming her friend, stood behind the Jamba Juice area and spoke to her. As they were speaking she SHOVES the juice in my hand and then the straw. I still say thank you and she rolls her eyes at me and turns around. If this is the type of people you hire then wow good to know. She's lucky I remained calm and was still so polite. Never getting a smoothie from that location again thank you

There is one of the closest locations of Jamba Juices near me. I always stop here when I come to the mall. I always see the same staff every time I come here the past year, young man with a ponytail. Really awesome guy. He's friendly, very patient, and willing to accommodate to make sure the customer is satisfied. I tried placing an order via the app and it wasn't working. He let me know his location doesn't do the mobile app. However he was willing to accommodate the order I was trying to place on the app. The app was letting me add a free boost but not in-person order. I also like the way the station is set up. Huge menu with all the ingredients on eye-level. The counter is always clean and there's seating right across from them to enjoy your smoothie.

My clients wanted something from here so stopped in. This particular location does not have food items, only smoothies and acai bowls. It is located in the mall. When I walked up the lady was on a personal call on her cell, but luckily I wasn't quite ready. I ordered a few bowls and a couple smoothies. I ordered the peanut butter banana smoothie with almond milk and it was tasty. The total was about $53. I had a decent experience.

It was my first and last time yesterday trying their smoothies and the cashier had an awful attitude. Wasn't polite at all while talking, she looked like she was forced to work there.

I went here at 6:11 pm on a Thursday and I tried to order the chunky strawberry bowl ! The rude cashier said the bowl station is closed ! I said oh what time do you close ! And then she says we're just not selling the chunky strawberry bowl. So if your open why aren't you selling things on your menu ? She obviously just didn't want to make the bowl ! Just because you don't feel like working doesn't mean a customer shouldn't be able to get something on the menu ! That's the whole reason your open ! Really disappointed. Honestly the cashier didn't have to be so rude about it ! That made the experience so much worse !

Their bowls are good, they just need better staff members
