FAMILY FIRST
This is my second time having an issue with the same customer service guy Anthony. Today I came in to the store and I asked him was I able to use my points for a cheese steak and he said yes you want a #17 . I said let me get a giant and a regular. I stated that I wanted onions on the giant and none on regular. I didn't notice that the #17 was beef cheese steak. I think I was just trying not to annoy him so that's why I was thrown off a little and i didn't specify beef or chicken. I said I'm sorry I wanted chicken cheese steak I don't eat beef. Anthony scooped the cheese steak meat up and slammed it in the trash. He then made the chicken cheese steak. When I got home I noticed he put onions on both sandwiches. I tried to call to explain to him that he put onions on both sandwiches. He wouldn't let me talk he kept over talking me and this was very frustrating. He honestly wanted to go back and forth so I hung up. Food is way to high to be treated this way. I was trying my best to get this resolved but clearly this is the only way I can speak.
