I love their food they are nice but however tonight I ordered and got all the way home in paterson and there is no duck sauce soy sauce hot sauce no fortune cookies and no utensils like I'm so upset bc idk what's going on but this is ridiculous

I had stopped by this restaurant for my lunch time and wanted to place an order for an egg fu young with just bean sprout and roast pork and got denied because the said that the egg fu young patty's wouldn't stick well together. When I would usually always get it like that from this exact store and the lady behind counter was being mean and nasty to me from the very moment I stepped into store. She began grunting and saying no to my request on the egg fu young. I don't understand what was wrong seemed like she isn't starting her New Years off to good. Best of luck to the owner

I would love to get this place more than two stars because their food is great. But as of recently they don’t even answer the phone. I don’t know what’s going on over there but why have a restaurant if you’re not gonna answer the phone?

This will be the last time I order from Kevin Lin's because I am tired of not getting what I PAID for. It's not worth the convenience of having Chinese food in Wayne anymore. Each time I order for TWO people, I order TWO large rices, and still only get one. I paid for two rices, why am I not getting two? This is not a mistake, as it has been happening every time. I refuse to believe they are not purposely skimping out on your order with something so cheap as rice despite you paying money for it.Other times I have even not received a 2L drink, how can you forget a big bottle like that? I just want to get what I paid for, and my order to be correct. I am not asking for freebies. This time, after tipping, I realized that I did not get my second rice AGAIN. I confronted the cashier and she says she "put them together" in what is a single large rice container. The lady said I can buy another one for 3 dollars. She refused to give me the second rice I paid for, and for this reason I will go get Chinese food somewhere with better customer service. The ratings here don't lie

Oily, not well made. There wasn't much meat in the pork fried rice. This was a lunch special. There were 4 shrimp and they were properly cooked, but there wasn't enough in the way of vegetables and the rice had a dry, reheated too many times texture. I ordered a scallion pancake and it was probably cooked in oil that was too cool, as it sucked up all the oil and was very greasy.

Been here several times and the food has been very good and what you'd expect out of Chinese takeout. The quality seems above above average and haven't had any problems, would recommend.

I actually couldn't believe how fantastic the food was.My girlfriend just came back with a pick up. It was my first time ordering from here. Good stuff. Prices are really good too.I had Sweet & Sour Chicken, Debbie had Garlic Chicken & Broccoli.Dinners came with 2 egg rolls, and a 16.oz bottle of Coke.Both meals with fried rice. You will not be disappointed. Quick fix.

1. Found hair in the pork fried rice with chicken wings 2. Found hair in my boneless spare ribs with pork fried rice When asked don't you guys wear hair nets... answer was we just wear our hair back 3. The remainder of the order was completely tasteless. The Singapore Mei Fun was dry, full of carrots and does not have all of the meat and shrimp in it but just pork. Some of the worst Chinese food we've ever eaten. I'll wait for the pandemic to be over instead of eating here EVER again
