Just went to order. It’s 40 mins before closing time. (8pm) They are only taking orders for hot dogs and soda. This is alsoA Arthur Treachers and the wouldn’t do anything on that menu. Total waste of time to go here an hour before close.

Just was there today, ordered 2 dogs some fries and a orangeade, got to my table in the food court talking with a friend when I realized the size of the fries were 1/2 the size of Nathan's! These fries were bought from a distributor and were the size typical of what most diners serve with their burgers, they were quite easily distinguishable from the natans large style fries that we all love, I went back to the manager with my tray and showed him my small Wendy's size fries as he looked at his other 2 co workers and smiled as the other 2 workers also smiled knowing I knew they were selling non franchised non Nathan products and selling them as Nathan fries ! This is clearly a breach of franchise rules as it also set Nathan's up for a liability law suit! It's like asking for a Nathan's hot dog and getting a ball park frank , This happened to me this evening and I have full video to prove that this business is not selling products as described! Today's date being 1/13/24 around 3:00 pm , please be aware of this vendor, I will definitely call corporate on these cheats!

This Nathan's is a fraud , the hot dogs are Nathan's the fries are purchased from a restaurant supply and are not Nathan's franchise signature fries! Just was there today will be probably opening a liable lawsuit against this restaurant for failure to sell Nathan's original trademarked products, I will first go through corporate and see how they like to proceed on handling this bait and switch product swindle , I have full video of the product at the store !

The frankfurter speaks for itself..it snapped when bight into it ,,,,delicious. When you have the opportunity to get in a restaurant or buy it in a supermarket go for it

I was here earlier today around 11:40 am and was looking to order food. The gentleman working said we will be open in about 5 minutes and I said okay, no problem. About a minute and half later two older Caucasian women walked up the counter and the gentleman proceeded to say “How can I help you?”.I left the restaurant and will not be returning to this location.

Nathan's Famous is a metropolitan area tradition for hot dogs. Here at Willowbrook Mall Food Court, Nathan's is paired up with one of the last remaining Arthur Treachers for a couple of iconic taste sensations. This Nathan's has the same tastes as the original Brooklyn one, almost. The dogs lack the bite of Brooklyn's, and the fries are not quite as crispy as Brooklyn's. I honestly don’t understand the poor reviews. I came here and everything was pleasant. The prices were what I expected for a food court in a mall. I was served quickly and in a friendly manner. My food was served hot and fresh.

I visited this location on 12/17/21. I ordered the seafood platter and a drink. The fried clams are HARD. The fish is overcooked, dry and bland. The hush puppies are hard and burnt. The quality of this location has steadily deteriorated. Won't be going back..

The fish sandwich that we got was quail cooked and had a nice toasty bun as well as very fresh lettuce. I would definitely order the fish sandwich again.However the hush puppies, while being fairly moist inside, are quite dry on the outside and came with no sauce which I'm assuming they're supposed to because they're so dry.#Hushpuppies #fishsandwich #seafood #Nathans
