We got really sick eating their chicken noodles soup. The server went in the back after forgetting our order, and came back with, what we though was fresh soup. Instead, it made us so sick. Don't go here after 6pm, you might regret it.

They did not have any sourdough bread for their sourdough bread sandwiches. They are a bakery. Can't they bake more? The Autumn Squash Soup was delicious as always.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Ordered through the Panera app for delivery. Received a large catering order that was not ours. Called the store 3+ times to let them know we received the wrong order and wanted the four things we ordered instead. No one answers the phone. Called customer service, we were directed to keep the food as since it had been in our home it poses a health issue. Again, we tried to return it from the beginning. The store then calls us and yells at me and my mom for opening it, saying we need to return it, and it isn’t our order. Extremely rude and demanded it be returned. It is not our fault we opened it, we did as directed after multiple attempts to return it in the first place. When they came to pick it up and gave us our order, our order itself was missing ingredients. Extremely disappointed with this experience as we love Panera. Sadly we will never order again. Whoever received the catering order, we feel for you too. Good to know they don’t care about contamination either. I have never been so disappointed with an order in my life.

Quality has gone way downhill. Honestly I’ve had hospital cafeteria food that is better. The bread they serve lately is terrible. Salads are yuck. My kid’s grilled cheese was basically bread with hardly any cheese on it. Soup wasn’t hot. Entire place smelled like curry which was off putting.

Manager is really terrific! So are the staff.The food and service are always on point.The place is always clean and organized.The food is always prepared the way I order and always fresh and delicious.My faves are the steak sandwich, which I customize, and the broccoli cheddar soup, which is a huge portion and tastey.

Food and drinks are always good but some old lady working the front was so rude. I had a birthday gift on the app and it wasn’t showing up, she wouldn’t even help. Plus she was being short with me and rude. I’ll just go to the other panera next time.
