The service here is not bad. However, the food is not fresh. The mango chicken is so dry, tasted off. I bet it was mixed in with yesterday’s because it wasn’t good! There were some fresh pieces and some absolutely inedible ones. The food is not consistent and very pricy. Horrible food, never fresh, and rude staff. I was charged for a paperbag I never asked for and upcharged for an eggroll i was told was included in the meal I ordered. Paramus location has better food (the sauces are COMPLETLEY different colors for the same exact item). I will never come here again. $16 for bland rice, stale chicken, and cold broccoli is absurd. Gas station food is probably better and will give you the same amount of diarrhea.

I recently bought this in the mall. They were handing out samples and I so happened to try the Thai BBQ chicken. I asked them for a number one combo, so I could get just rice and the thai chicken. They had heavy accents so I was unable to understand what they were saying fully. However, somehow, my number one combo turned into a number 3 combo. They had added multiple food items into my tray that I didn't ask for. After correcting it, I sat down to eat my meal. The rice was a little greasy and the thai chicken was ok. It didn't taste like chicken to me really. I recommend you eat something better.

Used to love this place!Since inflation clearly prices are up everywhere, however, quality is 100% down and they are overcharging for ANY and all reason.WAH! so sad to say to that to the lady's face :) and online that i no longer will be giving them my hard earned money. :):)response back was she has been in business for 15 years + in business ! *** ok and so has all other businesses that have closed down. LOL:(

I don't really like to give these types of reviews...but as a yelp elite member I want to ensure that all my reviews are genuine and hopefully help others that are thinking about eating here.Well to start there was a long piece of hair in my meal and that ruined my appetite. The woman employee was really nice and gave me free samples to try while ordering so I tried to at least eat the other areas.The food was very dry and not that tender. There are many other options that I would rather suggest in the food court.I just didn't feel too good eating after seeing the hair and the next day too my stomach was rumbling. I suggest for them to wear hair nets and make sure to keep fresh servings out. I think the food was sitting there for a long time.

i did not like their food. their food tastes horrible. Their Mango Chicken is nothing but fried dough no chicken inside. After i ordered my food when i didnt want to have any drink. The girl at the register was calling me names in her language. i feel like i wasted my money here. Will never buy any food from them again and wouldnt recomend this place to anyone.
First off, be aware that they charge you $0.25 cent for a paper bag without notice. We definitely didn’t need it so it would’ve been nice to have a choice…We got the fried rice with shrimp. Shrimp was just ok at best. The rice tasted bland and was a inconsistent: little undercooked here but cooked fine there. I don’t eat at malls often and I’m not sure if this is the quality to expect at malls?? But this was subpar for me.
