I was there last Friday on nov 5th and really had a terrible experience. I came in around 1 o’clock and a girl took my order at the register and the guy behind her proceeded to make my smoothie for me that I ordered. When I received it it was 25% empty and I could see the blender and there was still a lot left in it. As I’m grabbing my things before I leave, I watch both employees grab spoons and start eating the rest of it. Just terrible service and to give me a partially filled smoothie for $10 then finish the rest in front of me is just wrong.

Good service but I’m not a fan of their green base bowl. The texture was extremely “icey” and didn’t have any flavor to it. I would try another style bowl if I return.

I DONOT recommend this sweet berry. There customer service is horrible ! They need a new staff ! And that Kyle kid is very rude. They never follow the business hours listed.

Well, we now know they put all of their resources into hiring a marketing company to write these absolutely untruthful, fluffy and deceptive reviews! Shockingly small, tasteless portions at bizarrely high prices prepared and served by non-hygienic rude staff. Any generic diner or hospital luncheonette would have been better choices.

I just paid $14 for brown rice, I ordered the Salmon Poke Bowl, 5 pieces of salmon cute into little squares is all i got. No sauce on top although i requested the classic poke bowl.

I loved the location in little glass and was sad to see it go and when I say delivery for the Wayne location I was excited until I actually got the bowl. The Pitaya bowl was very bland and watery. I've had bowls before from the little falls location before they closed and they taste totally different. Normally the Pitaya base is pretty sweet or at least somewhat sweet but this tasted like frozen water :/ may give it another chance.

I just witnessed theeeee worst customer service ... a customer who was ahead of me was not so happy with the item she ordered and asked for a refund.. the customer service rep says ok and walks to the back ... after about 25 minutes of dealing with other customers ... the customer had to ask again about her refund ... only at that time did the rep say that she had to wait for her boss to come and give a refund???? No one in the store had authorization to give a refund ???The customer rightfully asked why she didn’t let her know that... the rep got very indignant and said if she wanted her money back she just needed to WAIT !!! This rep was nice to me but after witnessing this behavior and this policy of no refund unless the manager is there .. I will never patronize this business again.

Such an adorable location and wonderful bowls for a fair price. Stopped in here while exploring the area and really enjoyed the bowl options. They also allow you to create your own bowl for the same price as the menu choices. More options than usual are allowed in a bowl for the same price I've seen in most of NJ. Very clean establishment and friendly staff

Charges different price each time I go when I order the same thing each time. Run by a bunch of kids. Messed up my order and I had to throw it away. Will go back to Playa Bowl where the mango is fresh and ripe. Won't be returning.

Food is ok, but their signage is messed up. The prices on the main menu board are “after discount”. So if you don’t get the discount you pay more than what is advertised. They have a tiny sign next to the register that states this. Seems backwards. Normally the higher ‘standard price’ would be shown on the menu board. Very misleading, and really a poor judgement call by management. I’m guessing that at some point they probably wanted to raise the prices but didn’t want to have the menu board reprinted with new pricing, so they came up with this scheme.
