Our favorite restaurant in town! Exceptional food, oysters are the best and the combination of flavors of their sushi dishes is unique (sushi with fruits). Annie is great, she will always make you feel comfortable and if you don’t know what to order because it all sounds so good, just let her know to surprise you! You sure will!

So I ordered sushi online from this place, expecting to go in, pay for it, and walk out with my sushi. Nope. Apparently I had ordered it "wrong" and selected "hand roll" and not "roll". When I explained to the waitress that the website only had the option for hand roll, she began to literally mansplain the difference between a hand roll and a roll. Even the sushi chefs were giving me weird looks. I then got my sushi and was shooed out the door with the waitress, going "bye, bye!" and waving me out. Sushi was okay. But the service made me uncomfortable and not wanting to go back.

Unappealing at best. Everything had something small wrong about every facet of the experience, from texture to taste to smell, leading to an unsatisfying meal that made my sister "hate food". The wait time was also very long.

I placed an online order and arrived 10 mins after it said it would be ready to give the restaurant more time to prepare the order. I was the only person at the register and 2 people were seated. The food was not ready. I waited patiently. Another customer comes through the door and instead of finishing with me first even though i was there first the woman took the couple behind me. I let it go. Another couple comes in right after and again instead of finishing with me she took the other couple (I only ordered 3 rolls).After she finished helping the second couple she then takes another 15 minutes to get my order ready. What is the point of a pickup order? Once I finally received my food and went back to work and tried the sushi I couldn’t even finish it. I ordered shrimp tempura roll and the shrimp was sooo chewy I felt sick. I tossed it all. Wasteof money and time. Never again will I be visiting this place.

Let start with the wait! my fiancé and I went to try this place because of our love for sushi. Upon arrival we were seated right away but we waited at least 15-30 minutes before a waitress came and took our order. While waiting for our food to arrive we noticed that the tables were sticky and dirty and the utensils and cups of water were very dirty. If I had to rate the sushi I would give it a 6. In terms of cleanliness I would give it a 1.

We love Taka. It's local, the food is fresh, and you can't lose dining in or taking food out.
It was like first time for my family to go out for sushi. I went to this place when a colleague recommended me. Well i must say fish was fresh. I ordered pepper Tuna and it was good I could taste a fresh tuna. Sushi and soups were really good. They don't take time rather they were quite fast in getting the orders ready. My suggestion is amazing food. Ambience is normal nothing great about it. My suggestion will be to have an authentic Japanese setup which is next to impossible ☹️.

Our server was barely attentive to us. There was like nobody in there to help us whenever we needed stuff. We had to go and get it ourselves at the busboy table. We were there for over an hour and I had two little kids with me. Their patience is only so far. Finally, my kids were acting up so I took them to the car to drive around while we were waiting for boxes and the bill. While I was rushing out, the waitress finally appeared and said “oh what are you in a rush?” There is also a man who ordered two rolls to go previously to walking inside. He waited there for at least 20 minutes to a half hour.

We love Annie!! The sushi is always fresh & amazing!! The salad dressing is homemade and our absolutely favorite!! Def check this spot out! They have hibachi too!

It took them 35 to 40 minutes to give us our takeout order and the restaurant was completely dead. All the other takeout got their food before us when we called ahead and ordered.
