Waitress mumbled the entire time, no longer serving French onion soup?, wouldn’t split the wing flavors (despite every other tgifridays allowing us to do so), and stated they are no longer allowing virgin drinks? Will never come back to this restaurant despite loving this chain. I have been to so many of these restaurants up and down the east coast and this is by far the worst one I have been to. Will not be coming back.

Wow what a change. Idk if it's from the new menu or just a complete 180. But Wow excellent service with a smile. And props to the bartender on 11/18/23 in the evening. Amazing. Def needs a raise/more hours. Great job @wayne store.

Bartenders like Mimi are one in a million! She always has great conversation, an amazing music playlist, and the best menu recommendations. Whatever she suggests off the menu becomes my regular choice. I always look forward to my visits because of her!

Staff seems nice, but doesn't seem to have the best work ethic. Took forever for someone to finally come and seat us, once seated we sat there for over 10 minutes before deciding to go sit at the bar as no one had come to our table and greeted us. The bar was a tad better but definitely wasn't great by any means. The bartender was nice and friendly but was too busy talking to what appeared to be off duty servers. The "manager" was honestly just standing there wasting space. Didn't try to help any customers only talk to the employees. Not to mention they had given the off duty employees the tv controller and they were changing the channels and playing with the volume. The food was as expected but pretty room temp. The service was just not it and someone really needs to come in here and retrain everyone Especially the management staff. The didn't have attitudes by any means just the lack of ambition to work. The place wasn't overly clean but it wasn't discussing by any means. Wouldn't recommend and probably won't come back. I also think they should inform their employees that showing them underwear (from sagging pants) isn't very appealing to customers and that they need belts and to pull them up.

My girlfriend and I go there at the same time every other week. We always have the same waitress she is honestly the best. She usually knows our order at this point and the food is always great ! I suggest going at an earlier time for the BEST SERVICE.

Omg there bathroom is disgusting and the whole damn restaurant floors were wet like they just mopped and it was ridiculously wet and the food isn't so tastefulFriday use to be good now they completely lost their touch . The service at the host station was horrible noone was there and customer was waiting 10 to 15 to be seated and it wasn't even busy . It's like the employees there didn't care one bit I would never ever go back

I was only guest there. Empty! Staff was in back and 15 mins I stood there like I was invisible. Bartender finally asked me what I needed LOL! Umm, a table maybe? Fast forward, a quick dinner took 1 3/4 hours. If it wasn't for the bartender (who was very kind) we never would have been waited on. Waitresses kept passing us blindly. I'm glad these people don't work at a bank. Food was mediocre, nuked and cold. TGI chain has really gone down hill.Kid-friendliness: Kids would appreciate here.

The server was talking to her friends half the time never checked on us once . Our drinks were empty and she was on her phone. We ordered a platter which was good at least that’s why they get 2 stars.

The service here is absolutely horrendous. The bar area is disgusting. The bar tender disappeared for over 15 minutes where we had to ask another worker can they please get him. Every drink we tried to order they did not have ingredients for. Very disappointed.

I gave this place 2 stars because i went to go pick up food at this location uber eats driver, 3 waiters looked at me and completely ignored me, the bartender i walked up to him he helped let me know food was being wrapped i thank you young gentleman, and a young lady by the name of Alexis was the only waitress that saw and had the heart to help me and get me food after 10 minutes of waiting, the young kid with the brownish braids i must say my friend you need a little bit more training I'm customer services and i promise you will be great! But looking at me 6 times making eye contact is why i gave 2-3 stars ….. the real mvp alexis definitely need more like her
