Me and my family of five recently had ordered some pizza. We ordered the barbecue chicken pizza. I was infuriated when I found out that the barbecue pizza had bacon on it. Me and my family are Muslim and are fasting for Ramadan. The Uber eats hadn’t specified that there was bacon on the pizza. Me and my family of five couldn’t eat after we had been fasting all day as we can’t have bacon because of our religion. But, before we found out me and my little sister had already ate a slice of the pizza. So we had committed a sin. We also had to commit another sin by throwing it out. In our religion we aren’t supposed to waste food. The only thing we got out of this pizza place was a bacon infested pizza and we had to commit twosins because of this pizza place. I hope you reconsider buying from this place.

My family and I are fasting for Ramadan. We ordered barbecue chicken pizza to break our fast only to find bacon in the pizza, after my two younger sisters already ate slices of the pizza. For us, this is a big concern and we were enraged to hear that the manager said “we can’t refund you, tell uber eats to do it”. The blatant disrespect and arrogance was telling of how much this pizzeria actually pays attention to their customers and their needs. We are extremely upset and now going without any food after fasting all day.

The pizza here is amazing! It really is a mix of home cooked with an elegant restaurant with the convenience of getting it fast and hot. The inside ambiance feels nostalgic with their pizza lamps and multibooths. I really enjoy coming to places like this and I hope that they stay around forever so I can return:)

I am going to be honest with this "review" I am giving. I have never had your food so I can't comment on that. What I have done was looked at all your reviews. I find it concerning that when a review is extremely bad and even borderline nasty, how you have decided to respond to them. I think that speaks alot about a business.On one hand, I understand that you are protective of your business and wish to protect it from harm. I get that. I also understand that nasty people can make someone respond in a less than positive way back. All understandable. Believe me, I get it.ButTo threaten some form of legal action against people by leaving a review that was bad and nasty, isn't the right way to go about it. I found that approach to be distasteful enough that I don't want to try a restaurant that decides this is a good course of action to take in response to a review/harsh criticism. Or to simply say that the reason things are more expensive is because of the state of the world but that shouldn't come at the cost of decent to good quality food though.I am sorry if all of this seems harsh to you but I just don't find it to be the way to go here.Again, I have to stress I have never eaten here nor have I had any personal interaction with this business. So take my review with a very large grain of salt. What this "review" is is an honest reaction to your responses to reviews and I find it to be troubling and not one I would like to experience if I truly did have a bad experience here.So sadly you lost a customer before you ever had one with me.Take care and just consider what I am saying for what it is worth.
