I’m sorry I rarely write negative reviews but we tossed our whole order. 2 soups green curry and noodles. Pretty sure it got us all sick. Do not get the pork and noodles tasted similar to salty dog food and pretty sure the pork was rancid. Never ordering from here again.

This is a family run business and the food is made with authentic care. The flavors and spices are divine. I tend to do takeout and their in dining is a little quiet which is nice if you're looking for that ambience.

Agree. Worst Thai food ever. Calling it Thai is a disgrace for the country’s cooking. Been to Thailand many times, the only Thai in the food is the names.Ate in and they didn’t even have fish sauce or fresh chillies. No taste, beans nearly raw, Tom Yum not even made with sour paste.The most flavorful part was actually the white rice.

We ordered Tom Yum soup, crispy spring rolls, cold spring vegetable rolls, two different noodle dishes, two curries, basil chicken, and the papaya salad. Most things either lacked flavor or tasted bizarre. Texture seemed like the dishes had been frozen and then heated up. Rubbery. Also they were 30 minutes late for our pick up and didn’t offer us anything to make up for the wait. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Ok and here we go I am part of an aircrew staying at the Lincoln Harbour Sheraton and wanted some non hotel restaurant food for a change. We tried Hi So, not knowing what to expect. We walked into the most basic and bare looking restaurant I have been to in many years (do not let this put you off) and took a table for 3! The girl on the front desk was very friendly and took our orders. We all had different starters and main courses! when they came, you could tell they had been made fresh and not half pre pared and actually really hot (which is not my experience in most restaurants I have tried in America) I don’t have enough space to talk about what we got but suffice to say it was all exceptionally good! In fact it was so good that we have eaten there 3 times now. Do not let the appearance of this restaurant put you off. Everything we tried on all 3 visits was better than anything we tried in this area and trust me, we eat out every night. Price range compared with all the other restaurants in this area is fantastic. They even allow you to take your own wine or beers and supply you with the glasses and cork screw. We now stay at weehawken on a regular basis and I will definitely be going back to Hi So Thai. Stars out of 5? I would give 6 if you are willing to look past the very basic sitting arrangements. Give this place a go. You will be happily surprised and there is something on the menu for everyone.

Visited with family for a Thai feast and the experience was fantastic! The Thai curry was an absolute standout - rich, flavorful, and utterly satisfying. The atmosphere was inviting and the service was top-notch. A definite go-to for anyone craving authentic Thai cuisine. We'll be back for more!
