Very disappointed!!! We had a party of 5 and asked the manager why the 20% tip is on the bill. he said we were charged service tip for 6 people just because someone from the bar came to say hi to us. The service was so bad we waited an hour for a drinks… and another hour for food that did not come for everyone. We had additional charges on the bill. We told the manager how we felt about the service and he did not care and was super rude.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon to enjoy one of the best jersey side views of Manhattan available. The bar was busy; however, the bartenders were exceptionably fast in taking our orders and making our drinks. The drinks are quite pricey, but for the quality of them and the view you get, it is certainly worth it.When the parking in front of the hotel is full, there’s a parking garage under the hotel and rooftop. You can take the elevator up from the garage to get to the rooftop.

Very pricy, but very good. The reason for the 4 stars is due to the VERY loose rules. They're are a few "no smoking" signs, and there are a ton of people smoking. Also, the dress code is "Casual Chic", and there are those out here that fit the bill, but there are hoodies, sweat pants, and sneakers... The service also has much to be desired.

The view! Sit outside or inside near the window. Order a meal and enjoy! Music & fire pits on the rooftop! Was not full, when we arrived at 8pm, there were only a few people around. Went middle April and it was perfect weather !Vegetarian options: Margherita flat bread, croquetta, mushroom flatbread.

Amazing views. Great bar staff. Entrees were average. Cheese board really good.
The food was okay (not bad but not writing home about it) - the only gripe was the pricing of the food. If you're coming here, you are most likely coming for the view/atmosphere. Which is well worth the price. The service and folks working here were wonderfully kind, accommodating, and attentive.

The food was burned, and manager came to our table and said “thank you for your feedback” and walked off. No compensation after spending $30+ on burned steak. To top it off was chased down for extra gratuity. Service was horrible.

Burnt steak... no compensation. Server/waiter were aware when we left the feedback about the food. Manager even came to us and said thanks for the feedback... nothing else. - I asked for medium well. Also, the waiter literally chased us down to demand for more tip. Hire me as a manager and watch these reviews stay at 5 stars. My customer service is top notch.!
