Sat in the bar for happy hour. Not too busy. The bar tender (dirty blonde ) told us we needed to place orders at bar. We (a group of 6) were seated at a high top. We walked over one by one and placed our order. I assumed we were getting separate checks since we ordered one by one. 5 of the 6 got burgers. They were brought out. The bar tender asked if we needed anything else. Everyone wanted ranch. She rolled her eyes. When she came back with the ranch she stated we should have asked for it when we placed our order. Clearly not happy with us. She never came back to check on us again. We had to go up to the bar to get our check. She was very upset when we were surprised the checks were not separate. After a lot of back and forth. She said it couldn’t be done. She told us to Venmo each other. Terrible customer service. She wasn’t busy just lazy. Our group works in customer service and she needs some training. Food was good and I would have wanted to return again if not for the bad service.

The quality of the steaks is nowhere like it was previously. When I am paying $80+ dollars for a bone in Filet Mignon and order it to be cooked Medium Rare and it is served Medium well and closer to well done is not good. The creamed spinach was excellent as always. Our server was OUTSTANDING. Probably one of the best servers I've ever had. Any rush on I've ever dined at.

Amazing food and service, with great views of NYC. It's nice to eat like a king once in a blue moon, even if I feel like I need to take out a loan afterwards. My family & I love Ruth's Chris for very special occasions. My son and I split the porterhouse for two, which was one of the finest steaks we've ever enjoyed.

We were celebrating my husband's birthday and had a wonderful time and our meals were absolutely delicious. Our server, Lonny, was great. He treated us very professionally and efficiently and we loved his sense of humor. Trevor, the manager took the time to ask how we enjoyed our meal. We felt like we had been there several times with attention and service that was given. Lonny made our reservation for next year ? so I guess we'll be back next March or SOONER. Thank you Ruth Chris for making my husband's birthday extra special.

First time at this Ruth Chris Restaurant. I usually go to the one in Short Hills or Princeton. Everything was nothing short of superb. Trevor, one of the managers, was polite, professional, and attentive. Our waiter, Victor, was amazing as well. From the appetizer, to the NY Strip, and the ambiance, I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Well done!

Overall terrible experience. Service was subpar, server would disappear for 20-40 mins, couldn't even order wine for our food. Next to us was a kid with a loud cellphone playing YouTube/TikTok videos throughout the entire meal. Parents were oblivious, didn't say one word to their kid about the noise coming from the phone although several looks were cast their way. For a grownup establishment, this was unacceptable and really made for a terrible night! Needless to say, will NOT be going back to this steakhouse ever again. So many other options at this price point.
Mr. Lonny was the best. He was my waiter back in 2021 for my birthday and he was the same lastnight for my birthday as 3 years ago. Great down to earth guy. The food is always good!

So yesterday was my daughter's 13th birthday. Everything was going good. Our waiter was attentive and kind, however when I asked for them to sing happy birthday to my daughter when she received her dessert they didn't. I'm not sure why this didn't happen because I saw and heard them singing happy anniversary to the party behind us. The food was amazing, however being that they didn't sing happy birthday to my 13 year old child we will not be returning to this location.

I visited the steakhouse and found the meat quality to be good, and I would recommend it. Lonny, our waiter, was attentive, friendly, and had a good sense of humor, which added to the experience. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. The steak was cooked well, and Lonny ensured our dining experience was enjoyable. I would recommend Lonny for his service and personality.
