I used to come to Berlin location all the time. Now they have a bad habit of leaving new staff who are unaware of how to even make a smoothie bowl alone in the store making it an inconvenience for customers and causing stress on the associate. This poor girl was on the phone with another worker who was guiding her on how to make a smoothie bowl and what goes in it. This isn't right for that associate or the customers. Is it wasn't for this, I would give 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My first time coming into Smoothie King, and it was amazing. Anthony was so patient with me, and recommended one of his favorites drink. Very clean atmosphere, and gets things done quick!Would love to come again! Would recommend and i hope to see him again.
