The food here is excellent the service is great you can't find a better Bagel any place the bagels are perfect also the quality of the food is the best if you come here you will never want to go to another bagel store

Just Yuck. Bacon, egg, avocado sandwich came with black avocado. Clearly the preparer was aware and still served this. Just say you're out of avocado.

Great bagels, best in area. Smiling service, no where to be found. The faces of the ladies at counter they make you walk away, I think I can’t take it no more. Never go back again, I’ll get good bagels somewhere else. I don’t mean you have to be like a birthday party face, but, man, definitely something better as customers relation could be use here.

DONT go! So many other bagels spots. Awful service and when we went in, there was no one waiting and they ignored us and continued to talk about the weirdest things behind the counter. Kind of a waste of a great bagel space- Verona location is better or Sam's bagels!

When asked for a sandwich. Slice the cheese and placed it right on the metal counter with no glove or plate. Then I realized he was walking around with no shoes. Such a sad experience!!

Online orders are never right. This is our 3rd one where it’s just wrong. Bagels are fine, but they can’t get basic orders right..
They don't write down the order (simple: 1 bagel w/eggs & ketchup), and despite asking me to repeat it 3 times, oftentimes, they still manage to screw it up. It's disappointing, because the bagels are good.

Best Taylor ham, egg and cheese sandwich in town. Bagels are the perfect blend of crisp and leathery at the crust and dense soft bread in the center. Quick friendly service.

The bagels were good. It is right around the corner from where I live so we walk there. It's an average guy, a bagel shop. It would be nice if they had the ability for people to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee with their bagel or sandwich or lunch.
