I grew up eating Carvel ice cream, as of yet I have not found an ice cream that compares to their soft serve and their delicious ice cream cakes...if you enjoy chocolate crunchies you will love the ice cream cakes which have vanilla on top crunchie layer in the middle and chocolate ice cream on the bottom. Plus every Wed. Is BOGO on soft serve ice cream sundaes!

I recently bought a cake for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was so amazing we got another the next day at Shoprite because this store was closed and the store bought cake was no where near as good a the one I got from the West Caldwell Carvel!!! So fresh! Definitely going here from now on!

Staff is always so friendly. I enjoy the seasonal cakes as well but what really has won my heart is the customized birthday cakes from paw patrol to Blaze they have it all! 100% recommend this location!

Amazing customer service. Very accommodating to any allergies. Ordered an ice cream cake yesterday. The mint ice cream was a little off in color and flavor. Called and spoke to owner today and she was amazing. Thanked me for letting her know so she could address with staff. She personally made us a replacement cake for no charge. Even wrote a nice note on box apologizing. Will recommend to anyone in need of a good ice cream cake.
