Not worth the money anymore. What has happened to chipotle?? Is it just this West Caldwell store or the whole chain? The last few times we ordered online the food was half the size it should have been. Burrito bowls were only half full, burritos were short and skinny. Of course we didn’t see this until we got home. Half hour on the website/phone was frustrating but got us a refund - but on only one item. Chipotle is OFF our takeout rotation from now on!

Not all chipotles are perfect but not all are THAT bad either. This place has good food but what lacks is the staff. I work a hard labor job all day with NO food so that I can have a heavy meal at the end of the day. I come in and the staff are gossiping with each other in Spanish while ignoring me. After a few minutes go by in an EMPTY line, I finally get asked for my order. The lady is rushing me to choose my options while gossiping to her friend, bc of that she would forget what I asked forand I would have to remind her when she’s done talking to her friend. While all this is happening she is giving the SMALLEST portions I have ever seen. I can’t believe I paid $14.85 for BARELY any food. It was the end of the day and they had their food stocked, I don’t understand why she was so cheap with the proportions. Finally, at the register I asked for a bag of chips only to be immediately told “we don’t have any”. While I look to my right and see the lady preparing the online orders is putting bags of chips into a customer’s bag & in the back my girlfriend said she saw a man holding a tray with bags of CHIPS! I don’t understand what I did wrong to be treated rudely but I was simply starving after a long day’s work and they didn’t help. Won’t be coming to this chipotle again.

I went two days ago to this Chipotle at night and the food was really very good, I asked the grill man if he could give me some of the fresh chicken that he was cutting and he gave it to the line and it was very good. The food is excellent, the only complaint is that the workers are a bit noisy but after that everything was excellent.

The management of this place is a disgrace. I don’t understand how Chipotle doesn’t act to protect their brand. The staff could not care less about customers. The place is always dirty and the garbage accumulates. The staff sometimes is also extremely loud carrying on among themselves disregarding customers. It’s a bit too much. The food is Ok although not always well stocked.

It's a Chipotle, but the staff is rude and they don't keep the place stock nor clean.The napkin and utensils bins are empty, and the staff seems more concerned with fraternizing with each other in the back then actually keeping the store running.The garbage cans inside and outside don't get emptied so there is garbage all around
First time at this location. It's small n clean. Staff needs to be a more pleasant.

I NEVER write reviews & if I could give zero stars I would. My burrito was so small I finished it in 5 bites, the scoop of sour cream was more than both the rice and meat COMBINED. The girl scooping had the nastiest attitude and was coughing with no mask on (barely turned her head away). Also the fact that ‘extra carne asada’ is $6.55 is absolute robbery for what I got. I will NEVER been returning. This is hands down the worst chipotle I have ever visited. This place needs to gets new management or fully shut down at this point.

Waited 25 minutes for them to make chicken since they ran out line was long employees just stood there and looked at the line and the chicken once it came out was horrible.
