I went in yesterday to buy a box of 50 munchkins, and a box of 25 munchkins for my 8th graders. It cost $27, and I thought that was a little high. I tried calling to rectify it, but they don't pick up the phone...I used my debit card. I think if you overcharge someone, you should make it right. This location is in West Caldwell.

This place is a nightmare. I've gone in twice and was practically yelled at by the older woman at the register. She is rude and miserable. Both times, she was horrible, but seems to be nicer to the regulars. I would never go back...and it's less than a mile from my house.

I go every morning to get my unsweetened iced tea they do it right every time and every once in awhile I treat myself to something sweet they are remodeling right now I think they should be back open in 2

The employees here are amazing. Something as simple as stirring the coffee so the sugar is not sitting at the bottom of the cup, keeps me happy and coming back. Always smiles on the employees facing.

Lady at the cashier was very rude. I don’t like positing bad reviews but it seems like this isn’t a on off problem based on previous reviews. We all have bad days but that shouldn’t be taken out on customers who may also be having a bad day.

This is a super busy location that is frienzied and confused. The clerk behind the counter struggled to help my friend use her rewards points in the app. The coffee was mediocre and not consistent with better locations I frequent.The place is not swept up and is a bit messy. We came on a particularly cold morning and we felt cold while waiting for our orders. With so many options, I think I would go to a different location. Parking is easy though.
