I stopped by during my lunchbreak. Worst chicken tacos ever! Dry and tasted old. Pico de gallo was almost none existent. Soft taco shells were just like ones from the supermarket. The fire sauce was an off-putting neon green, but it was actually spicy. That was the only decent thing about the food. Four tacos and a drink was $17! Never again! Bathroom was unclean and the sink was clogged. Ugh!

Nice place, good food but it’s hot and the AC is not on, making it stuffy and the staff sweating profusely. When asked why the air is not was told “ to save money”

WOW!!! WHAT A RIP OFF!!! The pulled pork sandwich I had was as tiny as junior burger from Wendy's, but with tax it cost more than 10$, no sides, no chips, not even a lousy slice of pickle. Had to wait for almost 10min for a fast food sandwich on the burger buns. The service was not good and the flavor was not great. I wouldn't recommend it.

Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! Our family ordered the buffalo wings, chicken & ribs combo, tenders, and a couple burgers. For a chicken place they sure know how to make ribs. I was worried about portion size of the spicy chicken sandwich based on another review but was pleasantly surprised...definitely gives chikfila a run for the money! Prices seem fair--for those whining about price increases-- go check out mcdonalds where their frozen burger meals are over 10 bucks these days THAT's the reality. For quality and value we will be back for sure!

First time to this Fire Roasted Chicken restaurant. The roasted chicken is excellent, very tender and tasty. Most of the sides are delicious. It is like home cooking with love.

Looks like this guy got greedy. Price has almost doubled, smaller portions, and horrible slow employees who can careless about your wait. Go elsewhere

I returned after a few months and noted another price increase, smaller sides portions, the garbage can still directly underneath the napkin/utensils tabe and a gentleman sleeping for forty-five minutes at a table. As much as I feel for this guy, it shouldn't be allowed. Even once is intolerable and I have a feeling it is frequent-like he's part of the restaurant. A regular. The food is decent but the chicken portion is small. The cornbread has shrunk as well.Customers support the shareholders and a long-term outlook favors everyone.I'm in no rush to return.

I have been going to Fire for years, it has become of one of our regular spots for take out. But recently we have noticed a decline in the quality of the food. I recently got an avocado wrap with grey avocado inside (I took two bites and threw the rest out). They have started giving smaller portions, and their corn bread (which we used to love) is stale and hard as rock.I don't think we'll be going back any time soon. It's a shame because this place was really good. I hope they can turn it around

Man what a shame it is to write this review. You guys were amazing when you first started here, now it’s like a completely different place. The crispy chicken sandwich is more like a slider and it’s nothing special. To be honest, I’d rather go to fast food and get a chicken sandwich than get this one again.I simply am just disappointed you ruined a great business

Order mostly through delivery services. Foods always decent. I like them because, as a diabetic, they offer some pretty healthy but hearty options. But 9/10 they ignore my drink choice and just give me a full-sugar pepsi, even when called out in the notes not to substitute or substitute with another diet option, or water if out. They clearly don't read order notes. Once in a while it's excusable, but I don't think they've honored my actual order, nor notes, once. Again, as a diabetic, I'm thankful at least they serve cans not fountain drinks, or I'd be dead.
