We placed a catering order last minute, during a snow storm, for a birthday celebration we were having the next day. The restaurant was happy to take the order and they gladly accommodated not one, but two separate special requests. The food was done on time, was packaged perfectly and was absolutely delicious. All of our guests were raving about it as well. Thank you Mandara's!

Totally overpriced. Food is fine but no better than other places with more reasonable prices. I ordered a glass of house wine, specifically said "a simple glass of red wine". Charge was $15.00. Plain cheese pizza $26.00. Sorry but those prices are ridiculous.

The most delicious, truly authentic Positano dishes without having to fly to Positano! So delicious and genuine Italian food. Positano pasta, Positano pizza and chicken scarpiello perfectly prepared! I do love this place. The food is amazing, never disappoints, but when we went for lunch today, we were the first customers in for lunch. But it took a very long time to wait for everything. We waited a long time for water/drinks/bread. We had to ask for bread twice just to keep the little one from fussing. Our waiter disappeared. We waited a long time for appies, a long time for pizza slices. We waited a very long tine for everything, despite being there long before customers began coming in for a lunch rush, after we had been there for 45 minutes. I love the fact that Mandaras has had the same waitstaff for ever, but please, when we get in there & are the only ones waiting for service, why were we not a priority before the lunch rush actually got in? Lunch took over 2 hours!
