I got a simple sausage on a roll. I went on Wednesday and paid 3.50 I went on Friday 6.50 for the same sandwich (with less meat this time). I advised the cashier that they charged me 3.50 the other day. And she aggressively pretty much called me a liar. Good customer service would have advised me they must of charged me wrong last time and this is the correct price. I will not spend my hard earned money here ever again.

The meat slicer was filthy. The employee was standing on a food counter to reach something. I only wanted an iced coffee so I waited for my empty cup and the coffee prep area was a mess too. No thanks

I order the same turkey sandwich on rye toast with lettuce and tomato no sides four times in the past three weeks and four times they charge me a different price, it started out at 8.59 and today was the final straw at 10.54, The same girl at the register rings up every single time, how can you have four different prices in a span of three weeks, Lucky if there was 3 ounces of turkey on the sandwich and that’s no lie it was all lettuce and two slices of tomato, they bunch the turkey up in the middle of the sandwich so when they cut it in half it looks like a thick sandwich but at the end of the bread there’s nothing, I’m not stupid I used to work in a diner I know the tricks, I’m the idiot that kept going back but I’m done.

Worst service ever Yes it’s a Sunday but placed order.. waiting for bagel with butter and jelly guy after me ordered lady with brown hair glasses fills his order I’m still waiting .. I say can i have my bagel please she touches my order with her fish gloves that she used to put lox on the gentleman bagel .. then basically throws the bag with my bagel in it .. shoujd you have no customer service skills get a different job . You are rude and don’t belong in a service business ..

Jumped into the chaos of a que repeatedly asking people if they had already ordered. The lines of people waiting are two fold, one is of people who are waiting for their food to be prepared as they lean up against the windowed doors of the drink refrigerators, and the other is the hungry hopeful that they could order soon.As you are jammed into the confusion of where to stand there is a cacophony of people placing orders, the staff repeating the orders and the shouts from the stone faced cashier that it is time to pay. Years later this place is exactly the same. Too bad that the owners never tried to enter their own business and face this chaotic experience. It might just be fortuitous and benefit not only them with increases in their ROI, it could and should also benefit their customers.

Terrible customer service. I asked for a chicken BLT and the woman didn't seem to know what it was. She gave me basically no chicken on it and had a dismissive attitude the whole time. I asked her for fries on the side and she ignored the question, and when I asked a second time she said very dismissively "It comes with it".If I'd been trying to order an additional order of fries I wouldn't have gotten it. Food is good but employees are miserable.
