Very Consistent and creative rolls. The 38 Special is my favorite. Went with family and everyone enjoyed. Eel sashimi, Bulgogi Don, several different rolls, shumai, gyoza all delicious. Accommodated a special request for two of the rolls. Always enjoy it.

This is a really great spot. The restaurant has cool decor. It's open, airy, and very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. Now to the food, the food is excellent. The sushi rolls were well prepared and delicious. Everything was very fresh. A gem in West Caldwell. I ordered a bento box with Salmon Teriyaki for lunch. It comes with Salmon fried with broccoli, 4 pieces of California rolls, 2 fried dumplings and salad ( I ordered salad instead of miso soup for the side, then I ended up having too much salad for lunch ). The price $13.99 is fair. The salmon is very fresh, but the rest items are nothing good. Maybe they shall improve the quality of rice, it's too sticky and sour.

Sushi Cafe ALWAYS hits.. every. time. I’ve been going here for years and it’s my favorite sushi spot. They have a huge selection of rolls and they really are special works of art. The fish is always fresh and it’s a party in my mouth with every bite. Sounds cheesy, but this place really has the best sushi around. They have live music Thurs to Sun and it’s a great vibe.

They never disappoint. Wide variety of sushi and dishes. Everything is very fresh. Great experience every time. Friendly staff. Love the new sushi making classes. Catering platters are a big hit when we have company.

I haven't had sushi in a while. I ordered a rolls for $65. I didn't realize it was going to be that much, but I do realize how much I miss sushi. The sushi Cafe is incredible and a must for any kind of sushi lover. Can't say anything other than fantastic.
