Nice Wendy's, very clean inside (they pick up after the tables), with a decent food. I've had better locations in terms of food but it's satisfactory. Parking is plentiful.

I love this Wendys it’s so clean and the workers here are so friendly and orders are always correct when I order. I will definitely be coming back here and the worker even told me about getting a free item if I complete the survey and get the validation code and when I was done I handed to the worker and she let me spin like a wheel thing to see what I win and I didn’t want an icecream so she let me spin again and I got a cookie and told her can I please get something else she said yes what would u like? I said I would like a burger and she got it for me and I told her she’s the best. I’m definitely coming back here they are amazing ppl .Parking: Many spots to parkKid-friendliness: Yes I see many kids hereWheelchair accessibility: Yes I believe they have a ramp for them

Cold fries, and the staff have an altitude problem
ordered via the Wendy's app; my order never came and was canceled by the driver; I dealt with the manager Flor who has the most amazing customer service. Her tone and patience was amazing. I have worked as a manager in the restaurant industry for years and can understand fully how hard in can be when complaints come in. I cannot expressed how Impressed I was with her assistance. Keep up the amazing work!!

This is the holy grail of Wendy's locations in North Jersey. Every drive thru experience here is incredibly fast and the staff are generally kind. My order has rarely gotten messed up and the food is always hot and delicious. You know how some fast food places have that icky deviation with their food quality? Not here. It's the same every time. The parking lot is huge and the drive thru operates very quickly, even at peak lunch time. Craving Wendy's? This is the one to go to.Parking: Massive lot with plenty of spaces.

Not usually a complainer but the drive thru got my order wrong. Then tried to charge me more for what I ordered while giving me a bad attitude like I did something wrong. Horrible experience. I guess late nights are too difficult for the west caldwell location to handle.
