This is a lovely place. We stopped for a wine flight and a charcuterie board. The wines were decent and the board selections very nice. The service was excellent.

Service was fabulous! Tom was great! We received water, plates, silverware, etc. almost immediately after being seated. My boyfriend and I visited the winery with my parents and our neighbors for the first time. The grounds and winery were absolutely beautiful! We’ve been to many wineries in NJ and I would say the only two things I was disappointed with (compared to others) were 1) the charcuterie board was a little light and didn’t have honey, jelly or anything sweet to go with the savory cheeses and meats and 2) we ordered 2 cheesecake platters for dessert which was supposed to be $16 for 4 SLICES of assorted cheesecakes and they were platters with mini cheesecakes/pastries and we were charged $40 instead of $32 (which was the price we were told). Our waiter seemed to be surprised at the fact that they weren’t actual slices of cheesecake as the table next to us had actual slices of cheesecake. I was OK with the “one bill per table” since we were treating, however if I was with a group of girlfriends, etc., I would have preferred separate bills. Other than that, it was a great experience and we will definitely be back when the weather is warmer and can sit outside and enjoy the fire pits and beautiful scenery. I loved the sweet white wine - the guys all loved the dry reds - flights and several glasses! Thanks for a great day!

0 STARS!!! The worst Easter brunch experience ever!!!! $50 per person for frozen food!!! 2 hours of being ignored by the waitstaff, ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!

The place is beautiful it was love at first sight. My family went for the Easter brunch....it turnout to be painful. We had a 1st course and then it took over an hour to get the 2nd and it was cold. They had the nerve to charge us $50.00 per person. Other customers were majorly complaining. We ask to speak to a manager and he just turned and walked away. Really deserves no stars.

Willow Creek Winery reached out to apologize for the problems that they experienced on Easter. They offered to comp us for another event to allow us to have a first rate experience. We are looking forward to going back.

I worked in the service industry growing up and this experience was just disappointing. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review in fact I think this is my first time doing so. First off I arrived and our table we reserved wasn’t ready (which I understand happens) but we waited for a half hour. Then we waited an hour before we got our first course and another hour for our meals. The staff wouldn’t take responsibility. Food was also so disappointing… just not good. Then they don’t tell you gratuity is included and pressure you to tip so you get tricked to tipping double.

Easter Sunday is a time for family and celebration. Definitely Not the case a good ol Willow Creek! Sunday Brunch reservations were set days in advance for 1pm only to arrive and be told to wait a while until table is ready. 3 course meal and the 1st course comes out an hour after being seated. Desert came out 45 minutes later…. Main course comes out last (Must be the Willow Creek Way) and the quality was laughable! Cafeteria food at best!!!! Manager then comes out…. $50 a plate he says, they were generous to comp us 2 glasses of mediocre sangria, just enough to wet the whistle…. So yeah $250 to waste 3 hours of life on “basic” hospitality… Never Again, I’d give negative stars if possible…. HAPPY EASTER Everyone!!!!!!

Wonderful flights of wine, tasty charcuterie, and a beautiful atmosphere.

Good crowd here on St Patrick's day with a vendor / craft fair going on. Wine was good, but bottles were way out of my price range. Too bad.

I have been to this winery three times. It wasn’t until the third time that I realized they were ripping me off. When you get the bill it has a 4% charge added to the bill. It is to cover credit card charges if you pay by credit. This is legal, however I pay cash. The first two times I was there the waitress never took off the 4% charge. The third time I was looking to see how much the sales tax was and saw the extra fee. I questioned her and she told me it is to encourage cash payment. I said okay so you are going to take it off because I’m paying cash? She just looked at me like she didn’t know what to do. I again said I’m paying cash and then she said she would take it off which she did. That is when I realized that the previous two times when I didn’t question the charge it was not removed. I called and questioned the manager. He said it was in the register and they could not get it to not include the fee. He tried to get around the fact that the fee should only be added if the customer is paying by credit card. It is illegal to charge a cash paying customer this fee. I can only imagine how much extra money this business has skimmed off of cash paying customers. I am going to contact the state and inform them of this practice. The governor has passed law that restricts the amount of a fee for credit card use. It has to be the exact amount that the business is being charged and they can not charge cash customers. They have to have sufficient signage in the building so that people are aware of the fee. BEWARE IF YOU GO HERE AND PAY CASH.The server did keep the money because when I paid cash I gave them the exact amount and the tip in cash all together and said keep the change. Obviously, I did not realize the 4 percent was on the bill and the server did not tell me but kept all of the tip plus the 4 percent of the bill. They could have asked if I wanted to include the 4 percent as their tip or wanted it returned. I am sure that the management and the servers are very aware of these actions but choose to overlook them because of their benefit. It is sad that this business has to stoop to such deceptive ways of doing business.I do not keep my receipts when I pay cash so I am unable to tell the manager who the servers were the two times I was there and didn't notice the 4 percent fee.

Good wine. GREAT food (the best charcuterie board I've ever had!). Excellent experience. Can't wait to go back!

very nice winery. the pulled pork sandwich was delicious. my wife had a chicken sandwich that she enjoyed. if you don't pay with cash, they add a fee around 4% for credit cards.

Beautiful place to to visit but you can't even get a drink or a table without a renovation. Not if that's a bad thing, just something to be aware of. I felt there's not enough bathrooms to accommodate the large amount of people they have there and the bathrooms they have were in filthy shape for the Sunday morning we were there. Made us feel grossed out.

If I could go lower with this star I would.. Since Murphy has passed this bill to allow merchants in NJ to pass on a surcharge, they are all jumping on this ban wagon! The surcharges for both credit card and debit card purchases EXCEED the maximum allowed by law. Willow Creek establishment has done that and some.. There were no public notices of the surcharge anywhere in this winery, until we got the bill, and we were charged 4 percent!! allowable is 3.5..and... we also paid a surcharge on the tip!! Since this gauging incident by the facility, I have reported this place to the Division of Consumer Affairs in NJ. I would have to say, this is price gauging at its finest.. We will never return nor will our friends.. Angry Consumer!
