Went in for lunch after work and the place was rather small but the staff was very accommodating. The food didn't take too long to get prepared, I had Carnitas which were good, but could use a bit more of seasoning when cooking but that's easily fixed with some hot sauce and some salt. Prices are very good for the amount as well. Will definitely come back

I had placed a delivery order on the app over three hours ago and had never gotten my order. I had multiple uber eats drivers contact me and say that they could not pick up my order and that it was already picked up by someone. I love the food and the vibe there and I get things go wrong, but the fact that when myself and two other people tried calling not only this West Long Branch store, but the corporate number, over 40 times and had no one pick up the phone or even try to call us back. All I wanted was a refund and it's very frustrating that I have to go through all these steps to try and get it.

Bubbakoo's has great food and friendly service. One thing I would change is the way items are served for in-house dining. It's hard not to ingest a little paper when cutting up a quesadilla or other item on an aluminum plate.

I used to love bubbakoos, before covid I went here often. I visited this location on Friday. I expected to pay a little more due to inflation. But, it is now double the cost of what it used to be. The food wasn't great and to top it off 20 minutes after I ate I developed an allergic reaction. (My eye swelled shut) And I'm not allergic to anything! Just super bummed about my whole experience and I won't be back.

Didn't like the food. The vegetarian bowl tasted flat. Didnt taste well despite of putting hot sauce. There was cauliflower bites on the menu, and I think manager and server didn't know that it was on the menu. Taco shells were half open, not covered. Would never get the food from there.

Used to love this place, but not anymore! Must be different owners. The food was terrible. My husband's pork tasted bad, my chicken was overcooked with no flavor! Even the sauces, and cheese was different. Now everything is bland! Not to mention expensive. Will not go there again. Extremely disappointed ?.
Best food when you're trying to diet, if you build your bowl right you can really lose some weight.I enjoy getting food here, personally the way I do it is I always order a side tortilla when I pick up my food, I usually order a whole bunch of cold things too so it's usually a little cold, so I roll it up in a burrito and I toast it on my stove. Good way to do it.I've been ordering here for a while now, never had any problems, solid location, solid owner, I'm pretty sure he owns the other bubbakoos in Long Branch, Ming Ying and Mizu 36, probably more.All of his locations are pretty good qualityThe thing I enjoy most is how affordable a bowl is here. I get something very filling that I can eat half of now and eat half of later or tomorrow for 10 bucks and some change. One of the better price options out there post COVID.

We avoid this location due to overall not great experiences historically, but we accidentally called them tonight for a question about an order (not realizing it was them). The man who answered just kept yelling at us to order on the app and when we attempted to say that this was not our question and we were inquiring about how to order and item that was not showing on the app he start screaming into the phone and calling us a f'ing bitches over and over and not to call them. Avoid.

We used Bubbakoos (rt 36 West long branch in Shop Rite complex) to cater a party and the food was phenomenal. Everything was neatly packaged and cooked fresh! We were very happy with the quality and quantity of food and would definitely use again. Keep doing what you’re doing… great job!!!

I often stay at the Holiday Inn Express across the street from this restaurant. I just tried it out a few weeks ago and could not believe how great they are. The dish I ordered ended up giving me three meals it was so much food LOL. A week later I ended up back there and tried the burrito and OMG. The staff is very friendly and food is amazing.

Ordered here today for a large business. Order was almost 300 dollars. The lunch was for 1145 and the office called me at 1200 wondering where it was. . When food wasn't delivered on time, I called the restaurant and spoke with Owen, the manager. He told me it left 15 minutes earlier and to be patient. Honestly, the restaurant is only 5 minutes from the office and the staff has scheduled lunch shifts that begin at 1145. I asked him if he knew what was wrong because the office was very upset. His temper flared almost immediately and he told me it left so it is my problem. He said I have no right to question him and how dare I speak to him like this. When I got to the office, the delivery driver had left it in the foyer outside of three offices. No one was alerted that it was delivered. Anyone could have literally walked away with the food because no one was notified and it was in a common area at the entrance to an office building. Honestly, in this environment, a restaurant like Bubbakoos should question the ability or lack of a manager who escalates a simple situation when it was not necessary. I have done business with many other Bubbakoos locations and never received such unprofessional treatment
